Lee was a terrific tour guide. Great knowledge, kept everyone a part of the tour and did a great job keeping everyone safe.
Doan was a great guide. He kept the tour informative and entertaining. Since this was my first cycle tour, I was nervous about keeping up and hearing everything. Hong did a great job keeping us together and stopping at noted points. He also recommended a great lunch at the end.
Overall, the trip was fantastic. Our guide, Tray, was exceptional the entire time, and we truly valued his expertise. While a few activities felt like filler and didn't engage us, the enjoyment we got from the others more than compensated. The hotels exceeded our expectations and were conveniently situated. However, the lunch on the first day was underwhelming. With a significant amount of time spent on the coach, it's a good idea to bring along some entertainment to help pass the time.
We had an absolutely fabulous day with Steven! Our adventure began with a marvelous rickshaw ride through the old quarter, followed by a breathtaking ascent to the 49th floor of Saigon Skywalk, where we were treated to an incredible 360-degree view of this bustling city of 9 million people. The program also included a truly authentic pho lunch and delightful snacks, including freshly hacked coconuts with straws to sip the deliciously cool water inside. Throughout the day, Steven demonstrated remarkable patience, kindness, and enthusiasm, ensuring our happiness was his top priority.
Hung Nguyen proved to be an excellent guide, blending expertise with a delightful sense of humor. His wealth of knowledge regarding Vietnam and Saigon's history enriched our journey as he guided us through numerous historical sites. Our experience was further enhanced by a fantastic lunch arranged by him. From the moment they picked us up at the cruise port, we spent a total of 9 hours together, during which time we enjoyed the comfort of a top-notch van. Hung's professionalism and the quality of our tour truly exceeded expectations.
What a fantastic experience! Miss Diem made your day in Vietnam truly memorable. From the personalized pickup at the cruise terminal with your name sign to the informative drive, she added a special touch to your journey. Exploring a local market provided an authentic and enjoyable experience, offering insights into everyday life. The tour of a temple and both the old and new parts of the city allowed you to embrace Vietnam's rich history and vibrant present. The bike ride with buckets on the front sounds like a unique and fun adventure. Miss Diem's creativity in capturing moments, riding backward on a motorcycle to take pictures, and sharing them via Google was a thoughtful gesture. It's clear that her dedication and enthusiasm contributed to a great day, leaving you with wonderful memories of your time in Vietnam.
Steven proved to be an engaging and knowledgeable guide during our exploration of the main sights of Saigon. In just a few hours, he efficiently navigated us through key attractions, demonstrating flexibility by accommodating our personal interests and requests. His laid-back and amiable demeanor made the experience enjoyable, and we covered a lot in our half-day tour. It was a fantastic and efficient way to quickly get acquainted with the vibrant city of Saigon.
We had an incredible experience on the Saigon day tour from the cruise ship Volendam. The tour was well-organized, and our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We got to see some of the highlights of Ho Chi Minh City, including historic landmarks, delicious street food, and vibrant markets. The itinerary was well-paced, allowing us to make the most of our limited time in port. Overall, it was a fantastic day, and we would highly recommend this tour to fellow travelers. Thank you for making our stop in Saigon so memorable!
The experience was remarkable from the start, thanks to stellar communication. Jack, our guide, along with our driver Troung, greeted us at the port gate. During the 1.5-hour drive into the city, Jack provided an exceptional lesson in his country's history and culture, enriching our understanding greatly. We visited several historic sites where Jack's explanations were informative and engaging. The highlight was an authentic riverside lunch, which was simply amazing. Jack's guidance was superior to what other passengers received on the cruise ship tour, offering us a unique and unforgettable experience. This tour, and Jack's expertise, come highly recommended.
This was a very pleasant and wonderful tour. The driver was very kind and courteous and the guy was as well. If you want to see Vietnam I highly recommend this tour as it was customized to whatever we wanted to do. Thanks again for a great experience!
