Cette visite unique vous emmène à l'intérieur de la forêt tropicale. Le premier arrêt est Y.S. Prochain voyage en bateau sur le Black River Safari, le plus long fleuve de la Jamaïque, où vous verrez des oiseaux exotiques, des plantes et des animaux sauvages tels que le crocodile américain en voie de disparition. Continuez vers l'un des endroits les plus uniques pour manger, prendre un verre et regarder l'un des, ou sinon le meilleur coucher de soleil au monde, au bar Floyd's Pelican, vos vacances ne pourraient pas être meilleures. Montez à bord d'un jitney tiré par un tracteur qui vous mènera aux chutes YS, une série de sept cascades qui se jettent dans des piscines naturelles. Vous pourrez vous rafraîchir dans les piscines à cascade naturelles et dans une pataugeoire profonde de 1,2 mètre entourée d'un patio et d'un jardin. Les autres activités comprennent un tour de tyrolienne à baldaquin et des promenades en tubing sur la rivière. Les sauveteurs sont en service. Le domaine dispose d'un restaurant où vous pouvez acheter le déjeuner, en plus de vestiaires et de toilettes écologiques. Votre visite se termine par un arrêt à votre point de départ à Montego Bay à la fin de votre visite d'une journée.
Découvrez la beauté de la côte sud avec une excursion en bateau. Lancez le plus grand fleuve navigable de la Jamaïque et passez par la plus grande zone humide de la Jamaïque, Black River Safari, le bas marais de la rivière Noire. La promenade en bateau d’une heure et demie sur la rivière Noire en vaut la peine. Naviguez à bord d'un confortable bateau Safari au milieu d'arbres géants de la mangrove rouge aux racines en échasses qui cascadent depuis les hauteurs de plus de 40 pieds dans les eaux calmes. Découvrez le crocodile d'Amérique, une espèce rare et menacée, dans son habitat naturel et admirez quelques-unes des 100 espèces d'oiseaux exotiques présentes dans ces zones humides préservées. Vous pouvez également voir les pêcheurs locaux attraper encore des crabes frais dans de longs canoës traditionnels en bois - dans la même rivière que les crocodiles!
Entre Treasure Beach et Black River, vous serez conduit par un bateau de pêche dans un bar en bois rustique construit sur un banc de sable, à 400 mètres de la mer. Le bar Pelican est l'endroit idéal pour bronzer, boire de la bière, nager et manger du poisson frit. Le pêcheur local Floyd Forbes rêvait d’un bar construit en mer et reposant sur des échasses. De grandes planches de bois ont été transportées sur son bateau de pêche. En 2001, le bar fut achevé et baptisé "The Pelican Bar" en hommage aux nombreux troupeaux de pélicans qui se reposaient sur le banc de sable. Il est rapidement devenu populaire auprès des habitants et des touristes en tant que lieu de sérénité parfaite. Admirez le magnifique coucher de soleil (si le temps le permet) ainsi que la plongée en falaise et écoutez le groupe de Reggae. Un endroit idéal pour s'asseoir, se détendre avec un cocktail à la main. Le trajet en bateau dure entre 15 et 20 minutes mais vaut le déplacement.

Honestly couldn’t fault the experience and Andre (our driver). He was more than accommodating to all of our requests, made sure we were safe and having a good time, not to mention his humour, we were honestly all laughing the whole time. I would highly recommend using Andre and his services and I will absolutely be contacting him next time I’m in Jamaica to do it all again.
We had a wonderful time with Demar. We wanted to only go to black river and pelican bar. We decided at the last minute on the excursion so we called at 8 am and they were able to pick us up at 10 am! Demar was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone!
OMG Demar is on point. We spent a long day with Demar. We toured Appleton Rum Estates, YS FALLS, and Floyd's Pelican Bar. Truly and amazing day. Demar kept us informed on what to expect, as well as helped us with other things to do in Negril. This is an experience not to be missed and Demar is the driver you want.
Demar was a great host. He showed us many pints of interest along the way and gave us great information about the island. Will definitely use his services again in the future.
Brillant day out for montego bay . We went to YS falls , black river safari tour and the pelican bar . Roxanne was our driver , she was very friendly and very helpful on our journey to and from our hotel . If you are looking to do this experience I would recommend this company and if you ask for roxanne she will help you have the best possible time !!!

This was my first time in Jamaica and I must say this tour made it sooooo special. I got the chance to see the beautiful Jamaican landscapes! And I even swam in a river with real crocodiles :O extremely exciting experience! The tour to the bar was so cool as well. But mainly we were super happy with Other out tour guide (now a dear friend) he was so nice and made the day super special. Thnx so much Demar! This was my first trip to Jamaica and I must say it was very very special. I had the opportunity to see the beautiful landscapes of Jamaica. We went to the river by boat and were able to jump and swim! Yes! In the river where many crocodiles live, which according to the locals are not aggressive! It was very exciting to live this experience. The bar was an important part of the tour to get to know Jamaican culture and we loved it. But the main thing was the company of our guide Demar (now our great friend) who made the trip very special. Thank you very much friend Demar!

Shelton was an amazing driver and tour guide!! We spent all day with him, and he was so patient answering my husband's many many questions. =) First, we did the Black River Safari to see crocodiles. This was relaxing, but in hindsight, it probably could have been skipped. Next we were taken to a small boat that took us to the Pelican Bar. This was my favorite part! It was amazing to see! Last, Shelton drove us to YS Falls, where a guide walked us through the rocks and took great photos and videos of us. Bring water shoes! This was a good intro to see Falls, but there isn't much to see. (Mayfield Falls will be much longer and more challenging to walk through / climb.) YS Falls also has a pool, if you're interested. When we went, there were A LOT of people.. almost all locals. It was a long day, so we ate a quick lunch at YS Falls, which was not included in the package. Important note: Entrance fees to the 3 locations are NOT included in the Viator package. I believe each of the 3 locations were $25 USD per person. I would recommend paying in JMD instead.. we paid a little less for Black River and YS Falls. Also bring extra cash for tips for your driver and guides at each of the 3 locations. In the end, this is a pricey tour. Pelican Bar was definitely my favorite.
My family booked a private tour of YS falls and Black River. We had Roxy who was an amazing guide and provided great service. We appreciated being able to customize our tour by making stops along the way and not being rushed with a big tour group. The private tour was a great value and we would use the service again in the future. Even though there were some mechanical issues with the boat which resulted in us being stranded in a crocodile filled river with a bush fire in the background and a torrential downpour, we had a great time! Thanks again Roxy for the amazing trip and laughs along the way.
