Un représentant viendra vous chercher à votre hôtel à Louxor pour découvrir la Cisjordanie de Louxor. Commencez votre journée en visitant la Vallée des Rois, la magnificence de la grandeur de l'architecture qui a été utilisée pour l'enterrement, de nombreux rois sont enterrés dans cette vallée. Vous visiterez 3 tombeaux à l'exclusion du tombeau du roi Toutankhamon.
Continuez pour profiter du temple de la reine Hatshepsout, qui a été construit par la reine Hatshepsout, fille de Thoutmosis Ier, qui a gouverné l'Égypte pendant environ 20 ans au cours de la 18e dynastie (environ de 1490 à 1469 av. Me and my Mam had a tour with Ali. It was a great experience. Ali is informative and knows seemingly everything about Ancient Egypt! He is patient and gives plenty of time for rest between exhibits. He gives guided presentations and shows beforehand examples of depictions from inside the tombs so you know what to expect before going in. Thought this was really useful and personal. He also offered to take photos and brought water for us. Would definitely recommend to everyone to book Ali for an amazing day tour of the Luxor West Bank.

The guide who spoke Spanish was good and knowledgeable about the site and him itself and Egypt Lovely Tours both unquestionably deserve five stars. However, the point that reduced this tour from 5 to 3 stars is that after you visit the tombs in the Valley of the Kings, you won’t be impressed by the tombs in the Valley of the Queens, unless the Tomb of Queen Nefertari (QV66), which is considered the most beautiful tomb in all of Egypt, is reopened to visiting. So my recommendation is: unless the Tomb of Queen Nefertari is reopened to visiting, buy the additional ticket to visit the Tomb of Tutankhamun (KV62) and skip the Valley of the Queens.

Mahmoud deserves more than 5 stars! He has my highest recommendation if you’re looking for a private driver around Luxor or Aswan. He will help you design any sort of trip you want. We spent several days together. I sent him my proposed itinerary and he made some suggestions on how to improve our efficiency. On some days he recommended and arranged a tour guide for me, on other days he suggested I’d be fine to explore on my own. Egypt can be overwhelming and it’s hard to know how much things should cost, but Mahmoud was always looking out for me. He’d sometimes buy waters or tours for me so that I wouldn’t get charged the “tourist” rate. By the end we were fast friends, he took me out for Shisha one night at his favorite spot in Luxor. If you’re looking for a safe, friendly, accommodating, helpful guide/driver around Upper Egypt then Mahmoud is a diamond in the rough. You won’t be sorry!

Thank you, driver Mahmoud. We had a reservation at 6 o'clock, but they arrived a little early and waited for us. On the way, we had some water and snacks and we appreciate your care. She is a friendly and serious person. In the second half, we changed the schedule for our convenience, but they were flexible. It is a very good tour to get around Luxor efficiently. It was good to be the first to go around the Valley of the Kings and take a good time to see it when there were still few people. Medinet Habu Temple was also a sight to behold and was wonderful.

This was such a great tour! I was a bit worried at first, as they didn't contact me until the evening before the tour. But they are really trustworthy, the tour was perfectly organised and executed. The driver was waiting at the reception a few minutes before the start, and he was great. We met our tour guide Adam at the west bank. Very knowledgeable about the history of the sites, he gave us elaborate explanations about everything, he was very engaging and his English was great. We were taken to a traditional alabaster factory, where they put a bit of a show and showed us some overpriced (beautiful though...) decorations. This is always part of touristic tours. But we were not pressured to buy, everyone was polite and we had a nice break with some coffee. The highlight for me was the Habu temple (Ramesseum), what a hidden gem! It is definitely worth to explore west and east banks separately, as you see more on the west bank compared to the tours that go on both sides. The day after west bank we did the east bank by ourselves and took our time at Karnak and Luxor temples. We took a horse carriage to the temples, bought tickets ourselves and went with one of the Egyptologists that work there for 500 EGP on each temple, much cheaper than organised tours, and they were both very good guides! The west side is better with a private driver and a tour guide, as there are a lot of small car drives needed between monuments, and not every site has on-site guides, only the biggest monuments. So if you have 2 days in Luxor, book a hotel at the east side, book a tour for 1 day west, and plan your east side visits yourselves to save some money! If you decide to go separately to the west side, this is the tour you want to take! I spent a lot of time comparing alternatives online before booking this tour, and it was the best one in my view in terms of itinerary, price and reviews. Now that I took the tour it was for sure the right choice, we loved it!
