Excursion d’une journée à Tallinn au départ d'Helsinki

Description

The calm ferry was a really great experience, nice weather. An awesome day trip from Helsinki to Tallinn. Would recommend taking this ferry; in my experience, it doesn't really matter which operator you travel with. It was quite busy on the ferry.
We had an enjoyable Learning experience with our guide Anastasia. She was attentive, accommodative, friendly, with good command of the English language, and we easily understood her explanations of the places we visited.
We had a private walking tour of the old city in Tallinn, which was a real treat. Our guide Sergei was friendly and knowledgeable, and the tour was well planned and historically interesting.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the Old City walking tour with Sergei and found it both friendly and insightful. We hope to welcome you on another tour soon!
A three hour waking tour of Tallinn with related transport. The guide was friendly and helpful, and waiting for us on arrival. I have two elements of gentle feedback: It was very expensive for what you get. We could’ve organised it ourselves for much less (we learnt that afterwards). Also, there was too much emphasis on going into shops known to the guide. We didn’t go for shopping but for history, art, culture, architecture and views. Would’ve preferred a slightly different emphasis and more than 3 hours for paying almost four hundred pounds for two.
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We’re very pleased to hear that you found your guide friendly, helpful, and well-prepared upon your arrival. At the same time, we sincerely value your comments regarding pricing, tour length, and the balance between cultural highlights and shopping stops. Your observations are extremely helpful, and we will review them carefully to improve the experience we offer future guests. Our goal is always to provide tours that are enriching, enjoyable, and good value for money, and your input will help us get closer to that standard. We truly appreciate your honesty and hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you again with an even better experience.
Our guide was fantastic. She took her time and showed us many special spots we would have missed if she wasn’t there. We loved the shopping and many fabulous places to eat. I would go again.
Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad you enjoyed the tour and the local food and shopping. We’d love to welcome you again soon!
Guide Irina was great! But the tour never mentioned it was a full day walking tour… even from the dock to town they expected us to walk when every other operator was taking a bus/ coach. We booked our own taxi to get there with the guide Great place to go but definitely not worth the price
Dear Neha, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re glad to hear that Irina was a great guide! We understand your concerns regarding the walking portion of the tour. We want to clarify that, as stated in the "What's Included" section, the tour includes hotel/port pickup and drop-off in Helsinki and a professional guide. However, transportation to/from attractions is clearly mentioned as " not included" , and this is why the walking portion is part of the experience. While many operators may offer bus transfers, our focus is on providing a more immersive walking tour of Tallinn, which is why we do not include transport within the city. We apologize if this wasn't clear upfront and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We always strive for clarity and will review our tour details to ensure expectations are fully aligned for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you had a chance to enjoy the beautiful sights of Tallinn!
Leaving later on a Sunday means less time for souvenir hunting after the guided tour. Erina was a great source of historical knowledge and suggestions for dining options. Our jet lag meant eating on the ferry was not good to save time for our own wandering. Eat before arrival if taking a later ferry
Our trip was excellent. Hotel pick up and return. The guide Age was fantastic and gave a lot of interesting historical information.
Learning the history of Estonia from a local was powerful. What an incredible story and beautiful place. I’ve been to over 30 countries and this is truly unique.
The tour overall is very good. It was raining in the morning and we met our driver at the hotel Kamp (should be in our hotel due to our mistake). There is direct communication via whatapp. The ferry experience is really good and the ferry has many comfortable chairs with many dining and drinking options. There is a big shopping store on board also. It is as like mini cruise experience. Our local tour guide Jelena is very nice and knowledgeable. She went with us about 2 hours, which seems shorter than expected 3 hours. The old town is amazing given the rich history of Tallinn.
