Voir le delta du Mékong au-delà des cartes postales. Nous programmons la journée pour le lever du soleil au marché flottant de Cai Rang, arrivant alors que les bateaux de commerce bourdonnent avec les vendeurs d'ananas, de nouilles et de café. Petit-déjeuner est servi à partir d'un bateau du marché afin que vous puissiez manger comme un local. Après le marché, passez à un petit sampan pour explorer des canaux arrière tranquilles, arrêtez-vous à un atelier familial de nouilles de riz pour observer l’artisanat et le déguster frais, et – si vous le souhaitez – faites une promenade à vélo facile le long des chemins du village pour rencontrer les gens où ils vivent et travaillent. Avec les transferts par voie rapide, la prise en charge à l'hôtel et les options en petit groupe ou en privé, vous passez moins de temps sur la route et plus de temps à découvrir le vrai Delta.

Nous prenons un bateau pour visiter le marché flottant de Cai Rang, l'un des plus célèbres et des plus grands marchés flottants du delta du Mékong. Dès le petit matin, un nombre incalculable de bateaux et de sampans s'y rassembleront, rendant toute la région plus animée et plus étonnante que jamais. Alors que les grands bateaux regorgent de produits agricoles et de spécialités, comme les légumes, le pamplemousse, la noix de coco, la banane, la pastèque, les fruits du dragon et le ramboutan, les petits se concentrent principalement sur la vente d'aliments, de café, de collations légères, de nouilles vietnamiennes, de boissons gazeuses, etc. au Petit-déjeuner. Il serait regrettable que vous ne puissiez pas passer acheter quelque chose ici. • Après cela, notre Guide vous emmène à quelques ateliers traditionnels. Nous nous détendons sur un bateau à rames et traversons le canal des palmiers de la mangrove pour ressentir l’atmosphère paisible du delta du Mékong, et même en savoir plus sur le mode de vie des habitants lorsqu’ils plaisantent avec de sympathiques rameuses. À côté de ça, c'est le moment de profiter de la mélodie de la musique folklorique du Sud Vietnam.

This is a long day with unfortunately too much time spent on a mini bus . The 4.20am start was not worth what we experienced Nothing seemed to connect we were off and on different boats to see things which were mainly to encourage you to buy from the locals . Breakfast on the river juggling a bowl of soup was an experience in itself Lunch however was excellent count fault that at all All in all the day dragged .

We had a very good day with our guide Jacky, very friendly guide bringing a lot of precise knowledge about the country. Jacky was very available and listening to our requests , many discoveries about this day which started very early but yet very well paced otherwise very good lunch and very good French of our guide We highly recommend Jacky

It was a very varied program through which we were clearly and enthusiastically guided by our tour guide Tina. She was so involved and told with such a nice positive energy. Nice to get tasty tastings everywhere, between the delicious breakfast and the fantastic lunch. All very well cared for a very tasteful. With good explanation and guidance on the do things. Tina received a spontaneous applause at the conclusion. Very cool and because of her energy!

I did the Cai Rang Floating Market Day Trip from Ho Chi Minh City and it was absolutely incredible. I was able to book a private tour (just for me) and had Jen as my Spanish-speaking guide. It was basically a full-day experience—super informative, everything was clearly explained, and the entire day was perfectly organized from start to finish. 100% recommended—totally worth it.
