Incredible tour with interesting stories, great food, and an excellent mix of scenery! Easily the best Riga tour in my opinion. Erlens is an exceptional guide with extensive experience and enthusiasm. Highly Recommended!

Perfect Day Out!
What a great day! It was so nice to get outside of the city...Latvia is more than just Riga:)
Erlens was a fantastic guide! The day was filled with interesting information, the drive was comfortable, and the day was planned extremely well.
We arrived back into town with just enough time for me to visit one of the museums.
Highly, highly recommended!!

Quite expensive
Sigulda castle was a bit underwhelming. Turiada was better with some interesting historical information.
Our guide Maria, was nice but spent most of the tour yawning! No water was provided, as stated on the itinerary. Lunch wasnt mentioned either, but at the end of the tour we were taken to a cafe, nice, but we had a packed lunch, and it was at the end of the tour so itwould have been better just to have gone back to Riga. Overall not good value in our opinion

Great experience-a must do!
Amazing experience! We were lucky enough to have our trip while snowing, and got to see the castles in a beautiful setting, but in any case, the experience is amazing. Our guide, Maria, was absolutely incredible, very talkative and friendly, gave us very interesting information about the history of the castles and the area, as well as the broader history of Latvia. Also, enjoyed visiting the bobsleigh court.

Get out of the city!
Edĩte was an excellent guide! She was knowledgeable about the sites and history of Riga and Latvia. The driver was courteous. The sites themselves were also interesting. You get out of Riga see the surrounding suburbs and landscape. We got to stop for coffee before exploring the castle at Sigulda, then stopped by the biggest cave in Latvia (not that big, but interesting folklore), and hiked to Turkish to explore. On the way back, we stopped at lunch at the cat bistro which was delicious.

Great day outside of Riga
This is definitely worth it. It was snowing and the area is magical looking. The guide is very well informed about history and the sites. All very well organized.

Fab tour!
Great tour, was a lot of fun at the bob sled place, and the cave was fascinating. The castles were amazing too! Maria was very knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely day out.
