Parfois, il n’y a pas de meilleur plan que de s’arrêter un instant, de se détendre et de laisser la nature vous apporter le meilleur d’elle-même. Au cours de cette excursion d'une journée, nous vous emmènerons dans la ville traditionnelle de Santa Rosa de Cabal, célèbre dans notre pays pour deux choses : les sources chaudes et les produits alimentaires, comme le chorizo. Visitez cette ville et passez ensuite quelques heures à profiter des propriétés curatives des eaux volcaniques des sources chaudes. C’est l’occasion de raviver vos esprits. Profitez de cette expérience thérapeutique dans les eaux médicinales chaudes et riches en minéraux des sources thermales.

Santa Rosa de Cabal est une petite ville près de la ville de Pereira. En raison de sa proximité avec la vallée de Cocora, il appartient aux zones que l’UNESCO a déclarées comme paysage culturel du café de Colombie.
Point de prise en charge et de dépose
Après une courte marche près des montagnes, vous arriverez au premier où une petite cascade fera couler de l'eau dans des dizaines de tubes chauds, tous à des températures différentes. Le second nécessitera une courte randonnée au pied d'une cascade chaude différente. Il est bien connu que les minéraux des sources thermales aident à nettoyer votre corps des toxines et à améliorer l'oxygénation et la circulation sanguine. Et, bien sûr, le seul but de venir aux sources chaudes est en fait d'être dessus, donc, après toutes ces discussions, nous vous donnerons suffisamment de temps pour que vous puissiez faire une pause et vous concentrer uniquement sur vous-même.

Unfortunately the advertisement for this “tour” is misleading. We were not brought to the town, we did not try the chorizo, and the driver was unhelpful. He spoke complex Spanish and made little effort to make it easy for us to understand (although we speak conversational Spanish). He dropped us with no explanation of what the set up is like at the springs, he gave zero explanation of the springs or the town, and he wasn’t friendly. In short, this is not a tour - it’s a very expensive taxi service that I suggest you arrange yourself. Also as a heads up I’d recommend you go early as it was very busy when we went.

I believe maybe i read the info for this experience wrong but this was way too over priced for what i got. I really thought i would have an english speaking driver that would help me understand all the histories of the places we drove through. I just got a driver who know no english, who then dropped me off at the Springs and i was left to figure it out on my own. A police officer had to help me get my band and talk to me via Google translate so i can get inside. Inside i felt so lost as i really thought i would have had someone who can speak english to guide me. The springs were unique but this is more recommended for a group activity as it would be a better experience that way. Additionally, when i got to the springs and saw how much it was to enter, i really felt like i over paid for this experience on Viator

First of all, kindly take into account that you were booking a private service from a place not too near from the location of the tour. All of this raises the price of the service. Indeed, there are public means of transportations that may be cheaper but you chose a private service, therefore the price. Secondly, in all the platforms where our service is provided, we make it clear that the tour DOES NOT include a tour guide but only the driver. We are really serious about informing tourists all the details of what we offer so we respectfully suggest for future occasions to read carefully all the descriptions and information offered by the company so you are sure of what you are getting and this way you don't have a bad experience and we, the operators, don't get affected by negative reviews. It is a very incredible place. I recommend visiting it. They have 3 shifts 7am-10am 11am-5pm and 5pm to 10pm. It’s better buy the tickets before you go. We use a private guide and he help us to skip the line to get in. You can’t enter foods and drinks only water. You find 2 different kinds of restaurants on place.

An unforgettable experience!! The waterfalls were truly amazing and the hot springs were great. Mauricio, our driver was just incredible, super kind and knowledgeable. We believe the Santa Rosa waterfalls and hot springs are a “MUST visit” marvel in Colombia’s Eje Cafetero.
