Rencontrez un chauffeur guide à votre hôtel ou au front de mer de Walvis Bay, commencez tôt la journée pour profiter des températures matinales plus fraîches pendant votre voyage. Sur le chemin de Sandwich Harbour, visitez le lagon de Walvis Bay, qui habite des centaines de milliers de flamants roses et d'autres oiseaux. Ensuite, découvrez les Walvis Bay Salt Refiners, la plus grande raffinerie de sel de Namibie, puis dirigez-vous vers le désert du Namib, à la recherche de la faune et des plantes du désert qui prospèrent dans ce paysage difficile. La visite se terminera par la route vers la péninsule de Pelican Point pour voir une petite colonie de phoques avant de retourner au bord de l'eau.

Our driver Kevin told us a lot about the region and Namibia. We had enough time at all stations to enjoy the very beautiful nature. We were alone with Kevin and always had a safe feeling. The sights were as described and by no means crowded. The day was just really nice and we can only recommend this tour.

My friend and I had an incredible and breathtaking experience. The guide is well informed and also knows how to maneuver the car well yet he looks so young. I was scared at first but quickly got comfortable. The professionalism of the ladies responsible for bookings is unmatched. I will definitely be coming back for round 2.

The experience, the guides and most of the staff were amazing but we had a disastrous experience with one of the person in charge of the booking/organisation. Communication was difficult and unreliable, she was the most nonchalant person I've ever seen.

Dennis was great from the pickup at the port to the drop off. We enjoyed our full day with him seeing flamingos, seals and assorted other animals. He even found a gecko for us. Riding the dunes was so much fun with Dennis. He is an amazing driver. And the views were beautiful of the dunes over the ocean. The included picnic lunch was delicious and plentiful. Fabulous fun-filled day trip in and around the Namib desert. We saw flamingos, the desert gheko, black backed jackals and ostriches, the salt factory and more before heading out to the sand dunes. It was a real thrill to zip up and down, somewhat like being on a giant roller coaster. A lovely lunch was served atop one of the dunes. All in all a great day. Highly recommend!
