Description
Une activité idéale pour les personnes qui aiment aller en plein air et faire des activités qui donnent des exercices pour le corps avec beaucoup de plaisir. Une journée riche en activités nautiques comme le rafting, le kayak, la descente en rappel et des activités d’aventure telles que l’escalade au mur, le tir à la carabine à air comprimé, la cambrure, etc. Nous sommes équipés de matériel dernier cri spécialement conçu la clé. Toutes les activités sont supervisées et réalisées par des personnes expérimentées et formées. La plupart d'entre eux ont déjà servi pour les forces sri-lankaises. Trekking à travers différentes parties du village, des plantations de thé et des chutes d'eau vous procurera une expérience complètement différente, car cela vous permettra également de vous familiariser avec le mode de vie et les traditions locales. Le site est situé à la frontière de la magnifique rivière Mahaweli et se trouve à environ 45 minutes de route de Kandy. Nous venons vous chercher à votre hôtel à Kandy. Le transport est assuré par un véhicule climatisé.

I went on a day trip with Amila Madushan to visit the following places: the Hindu temple, Dambulla Cave and Sigiriya Rock. Amila was a very experienced and safe driver who was able to tell me all about the attractions. If I ever visit Sri Lanka again, I would definitely book another tour with Amila. He is a very nice, friendly and helpful man.

We did a hiking tour in the Hantana mountains. Our great guide Damit knew the area well and explained lots of things about nature and Sri Lankan culture. The views on the hike where very nice - when the clouds weren‘t there ;) One should be aware that there are lots of leeches on this track (which are annoying but harmless), so one should take a spray against them. Still we would definitely recommend it for people who want to go in a hike nearby Kandy.

The hike to Knuckles Mountain range was well organised by Mahaweli Tours. We were provided with a good guide who knew his way about well and we felt safe throughout the trek. We were also looked after well and enjoyed the experience. There was fun and entertainment and chatter to keep us motivated to go up the mountains and we got to experience a nice cold waterfall bath too! 5 stars to both Prasad and Ajith for providing us with this experience.
