- Les horaires d'ouverture et de fermeture des parcs varient selon la saison. Le bus à destination et en provenance du parc sera toujours à l'horaire établi, quel que soit l'horaire du parc.
- Certaines installations peuvent ne pas fonctionner et être suspendues ou fermées si nécessaire en raison de conditions techniques, météorologiques, de sécurité ou d'exploitation. Compte tenu de ces conditions, il peut également être nécessaire de fermer PortAventura Park et/ou PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park et/ou Ferrari Land. Very challenging experience ... We went there as a family with our two children, one of whom has a disability with notification from the MDPH. First surprise, we were not allowed to bring food into the park. You have to pay a deposit of 8 euros and eat outside.... We needed a priority pass for the stay, and it was a real struggle to obtain it. Priority access for people with disabilities is at the exit of the attractions, and most of the time the access is very narrow to allow a wheelchair or stroller to pass... Moreover, no arrangements are made for this. The friendliness of the staff is not exactly present. To make matters worse, in the Caribe hotel, we were surprised to find a room that had not been cleaned... The bed was unmade with the sheets of another person. Again, it was a struggle to get someone to listen to us; we had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to clean, all of this after a very exhausting first day. There are very few attractions accessible to younger children. Having experienced a stay at Disney just before ... Honestly ... Nothing to see here... Nothing is simple in this park!
Very nice experience. My daughter really enjoyed it. But you have to buy the pass on site because a lot of people and not possible to enjoy with the long queues. And the pass is really useful.
At the end of our day, the bus driver had given us an appointment at 7pm at the same place as the drop-off place. We arrived at 18:40 and waited until 19:10. We then asked a driver from another company, who told us that the bus had left without us and that Julia agency buses used to do this. There were 45 of us in the same case: All passengers were in the car park without a solution to return and of course the agency does not answer the phone. So we had to take another bus and pay ourselves an extra 20 euros per person to get back to Barcelona. It's unacceptable, LEAVING AT ALL COSTS!

We book with them the transfer from Barcelona round trip by bus along with the tickets. The problem arose on the way back, we were supposed to be at 18:15 in the parking lot because the bus was leaving at 18:30, because there we were but the bus was not. He arrived at 20:10 without giving explanations, we made a lot of calls to the agency of the station of the north of Barcelona but no one was picking up the phone, in the central neither. They were not able to send a sad email informing us of what was happening and to this day no one has told us. We lost the reservation we had for dinner at a restaurant. Do not hire this service with them, look at transport with another company.

We have booked Julia Travel for the PortAventura World round trip bus through the "GetYourGuide" app. The journey to and from here went well. But when we reached the bus for the return, we followed the booking instructions, that is to say to go to the place where the bus had dropped us off: the parking. Now, what was not our surprise when, when we arrived on the scene, our bus was no longer there. After searching for this one for a good 15 minutes while on the phone with Julia Travel, who was unable to help us because I quote: "We have no more information than you about the place and the bus. Follow what is written on your reservation". We were able to find the bus (which was by no means the same) thanks to other lost travelers like us. For example, we advise Julia Travel to find out about buses that their company sends to passengers (e.g. license plate and driver name).

I had a very disappointing experience with this tour agency on our tour to PortAventura. Everything started well, but at the time of the return, we found a group of 15 people, as we had agreed, waiting for the bus at 18:30. However, the bus did not appear and several of the passengers commented on seeing him leave at 18:12. From there, the situation worsened: we tried to contact the agency by phone, email and social media, but never received a response. We were literally dumped in the PortAventura parking lot and had to pay for a taxi back to Barcelona on our own. After explaining what happened, the agency took responsibility for the taxi’s expenses (which, of course, was the minimum they could do), but we were never given a coherent explanation of what had happened. They told us there was an “error in the system”, but neither explained why only a group of 15 people suffered this situation nor why there were no answers when we tried to contact them. The lack of transparency and communication was unacceptable. Not only was the promised service not delivered, it was a waste of time and money, as well as a lack of respect for customers. In short, this agency not only failed in the service it offered, but did not have the decency to explain or give a satisfactory answer. I do not recommend this agency to anyone, as my experience was a great disappointment.

We have selected barcelona over other destinations to enjoy at least a full day tour to portaventura (we wanted 2 days but had no time to do so). Julia offered such tour and we booked weeks in advance to make sure we obtain such tour. On the day of the tour we showed up at Julia offices just in time for the tour. To our disbelief we were told that the tour was cancelled without any particular reason. They told us that they informed us by email, but I had never received such email. They told us to seek alternative transport to reach the park. That will mean a couple of transfers with bus, train etc....too complicated for us foreigners. We decided to renounce. Julia travel not even offered us some form of compensation. Thanks Julia travel for ruining our barcelona holiday!!!

The outward leg had no problem. The tragic return! The bus did not arrive causing enormous inconvenience. A lot of wasted time.

The description of this trip on the Viator site is very misleading and inaccurate. It says "guaranteed to skip the line" however this does not mean skip the lines in the park! that's an additional 100 euro and you will definitely need it as the queue for all rides is enormous! They let far too many people in and if you don't buy the express pass you can wait to hours for 1 ride and when you are at the park just for a few hours it's really disappointing.
