Fantastic day trip (& it is a full day). Great pace, not rushed and the tour guide was very mindful of the heat. Lots of interesting facts along the way - learned a lot more about the region and its history. Highly recommend this trip.
Tin, our guide, was knowledgeable and helpful. The trip to Pula was great, amphitheatre amazing and walking tour to city centre relaxing. Free time in Pula centre just enough. Then journeyed to Porec which was lovely, again timing just right.
Good trip, visiting Pula and Porec with traditional lunch in a family run farm restaurant. Guide and driver got our group of 10 (nice small group) close to the main points of interest, so minimal walking. Also some free time in each stop. A great tour, good guide, a full day so enjoyed the nice comfortable coach for a nap after enjoying some local wine at lunch.
Great day out to see this part of the country. Guide was great, as was bus driver and lunch was a fantastic 3 course meal. Highly recommend.
Very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. He provided a lot of information without being overwhelming and with humor. Lunch was tasty. I think 15 to 20 minutes more in Pula would have been ideal but it was still a worthwhile excursion.
This was an excellent day trip to Pila and Poreč, led by our knowledgeable guide Gorga. Our highlight was visiting the Amphitheatre at Pula, but all the Roman sites in these two cities were really interesting to see and to learn all about. Lunch at the Familija Ferlin Agroturizam restaurant was a real bonus as well, with a chance to try homemade, traditional pastas, sauces and soups. We highly recommend this tour!
Pula and Porec are really worth a trip. The cities have a characterful historic old town centre and an interesting history. Our guide has brought us closer to the story through very short stories. There was also sufficient time for independent tours. We were particularly impressed by the well-preserved amphitheatre in Pula. The price - performance ratio is right, especially considering that the included lunch (aperative, typical tomato soup, typical Gulaschart with 2 types of pasta, dessert) did not take place in a tourist offshoot, but rather on an agrotourism business (small farm): very good quality and friendly service. The information in advance corresponded to the previously accustomed high quality of viator. Thank you also for responding to a request at pickup.
Well paced day. Our guide bobam was fantastic and so knowledgeable about the area and its history. Lunch was great. And would recommend this trip as you get group time but also free time
Very informative regarding the sites in both cities, interesting stuff along the way. The lunch was very good. Nice to try local cuisine.
Great tour with stops in Pula to see the amphitheater and historic old town, Svetvincenat for a traditional lunch and lastly, historic Porec. The tour guide was local and passionate about Istria. The tour lasted 7+ hours.
