Booking was easy on the internet. However on arrival we then had to go 40 minute walk into centre of town, with inaccurate directions and therefore walking round in circles. Next time would book with Sightseeing.com.
Our pick-up and drop-off points are regularly approved by the municipality in order to preserve the beauty of our UNESCO World Heritage sites. It is only a short walking distance, and guests are always accompanied by our tour leaders.
This trip was booked less than 24 before pick up. We had confirmation of pick up time. We received update of pick up. Pep our bus guide was informative. However, top marks go to Ariana our site guide. She was warm, knowledgeable with excellent interpersonal skills. Pompeii was very busy and I wished we had longer to take photographs. Nevertheless an excellent experience.
Great experience with our guide Cynthia, who shared her Italian language, culture, and lots of interesting and engaging information about Pompeii.

The description was misleading. I was under the impression that it includes tickets to Pompei too. This is only "transport" to Pompei city centre. There is absolutely no reason to use this, you can just take a train for 4 euro.
TA conned me. What a mistake I made by buying tickets through TA. I wanted tickets to Pompeii… you snookered me with a RT group bus with a local company that provides hop on-hop off bus tours. All I got was RT Naples to Pompeii van ride, no tickets and a 2 hour wait in line to buy tickets. That left 1 and 1/2 hours to see the ruins. What a fiasco. As I said, TA conned me with a come-on that said I was getting a day trip to Pompeii. Nope — I got a really crummy bus RT to the entrance with no time to see the site. Caveat emptor — won’t be using TA again!

I regret not doing more research on this tour. I did not realize that the entrance fee was not included and this was just basically transportation to the location where they drop you off for several hours.

The bus process was easy- finding the departure point was no problem. A bit more problematic was finding the pick up spot. Just confirm this upon arrival. Certainly the most economical way to get to Pompeii. Bus was on time and comfortable.
Great choice for transportation to Pompeii Did sight on our own and just booked the transportation. Meeting times and places were clearly conveyed.

Easy way to get to pompeii on your own, bus drops and picks you up next to the information centre, information centre has tours you can access at only $40. Cheapest excursion yet
we were staying in Sorrento and it is easy to get to on the train,you come out the station and it is in front of you . you can get an english speaking guide who will go get your ticket for you and they will take you round and tell you& show you all the history
