Our tour guide was fantastic along with the sites we visited. As a Christian, I would've enjoyed a little more time at the sites to really take in the history and reverence of the site and it's Biblical and historical context, but the trip delivered in every other way. I went solo and for my first visit to Israel, this tour provided a wonderful opportunity to walk in some extremely significant places and to witness the beauty of the Holy Land.
We are so pleased that you chose to reavel with us, and that you came away even as a solo traveller with a lasting impression. Indeed there is a lot to take in and absorb. GLAd that our guide was enlightening leaving you with meaningful and memorable tour experience. Thanks for sharing that it was this for you.
Ami our tour guide was great. He was very passionate about his job and was very knowledgeable about everything. If you are lucky to get him as a guide you will definitely be impressed. As for the lunch stop I think it would be better to go someplace else. I wasn’t impressed with food. Maybe get something a little bit quicker or go to the restaurant at the Baptismal site.
Thanks for this feedback. Firstlly thtatyou have complimented AMi generously for his efforts and skill.Regarding lunch.May we share taht many localtions have not reopened and we are very limited to places which serve groups of varying sizes. For obvious shedule and logistics we cannot allow travelers to wonder off on their own in search of a meal. But we will certainly pass this onto the restuant owner. We do hold them accountable for such a service to our travlers.
A great experience with Adi . He gave us a historical perspective so we could view the present in a more logical wave . It made what we were visiting in Nazareth and Galilee interesting and enjoyable
Great to read taht you came way with a meaninlful and memorable tour experience traveling with Oudi. He sure is worthy of your praise for his efforts. Thanks
Rushed to get there estou Theo starter 1.5hrs late (misses breakfast). Attractions were Closed as sete concesions (breakfast and Coffee) and It was Ultimate My Found a café at 11:30 dis Not stop for bathrooms and were not particularly friendly
We are most sorry that this was the nature ofyour experience. As you can read from al lthe other reviews This is NOT the par of our tour services.!!! Some religious locations at this time of year cloSe their doors, but we certainly DO substitute with others as we did (see previous review of same tour!!) You mention a 1.5 hour delay, which sounds unlikely!but it is a tour that goes via Tel Aviv.
Nice staff , very informative and helpful! Thanks again Abraham and Jakob ! St. Peter Fisch was amazing !
Very happy to read that you came away with a memorable tour experience and a tasty one too!! Indeed it is a spectacular region that you visited. Thanks for such rave feedback on your guide and driver, they are most worthy of your compliments for their efforts
I'm glad I did this tour in order to see the sights that we saw, and the guide seemed a nice guy and quite funny at times. However, there were a number of drawbacks which, when put together, mean it's definitely not a 5-star rating: (1) Delays. It was a really long day, departing Jerusalem at 0600 and not arriving back until 1925. Partly this was due to traffic (but was the traffic really unexpected, given that it happened at Latrun both coming and going, or was it unrealistic scheduling by BH?), partly it was due to slackness of timekeeping at sights (a lack of specific times given for how much time we had, leading to uncertainty, hanging around and drag as people drifted back, and a long time given over for a fairly random speech at Capernaum), and partly due to the inherent nature of the trip, having to stop and pick up and drop off people from Tel Aviv on the way. (2) We simply didn't do three of the things that the website advertises as being on the itinerary (visiting Church of St Peter at Capernaum, visiting Tabgha, or driving along the Mediterranean coast). No explanation or apology etc given at any point for why we didn't do them - were they anticipating we wouldn't notice? (3) The very first stop, after a really long journey, was in a souvenir shop in Nazareth = aargh! Being made to go shopping on an organized excursion is the worst! (4) Lunch was ... meh, average. I wouldn't pay 110 shekels for that, and have eaten much better for less every other night in Jerusalem on my trip.
Greatly appreciate you sharing this feedback. This is ;how we can improve our servies etv Yes the day from Jerusalem is indeed a long one! until we can take the direct journey , thus the journey via Tel Aviv for joining the others and the transport solution. Our guides however professional they are , are certainly to be held accountable for the tour shedule and certainly for the info relayed to travelers. Not visiting itinerary listed locations,(now over Christmas season certain churches closed their doors, even without informing tourism sources) The shop stop is firstly for a bathroom convenience stop and yes some travelers do ! want to purchase items. LUnch stop is limited to places in the region which cater for groups. SInce the last 2 year period , lthough we are very happy with the location, space, view cleanliness etc. For tour time hedule we cannnot let travelers wander off on their own .This is a group tour and thus wer try and cater for the needs of all kinds fo travelers. We are glad you came way having seen and enjoy the locatiosn you did visit
Today's trip was unforgettable. Both the driver, who drove the coach exceptionally well, and the guide, Jakob, with his patience with each of us and all the information he provided, made it an unforgettable trip for us. We congratulate you on your extraordinary work. Best regards Daniela and Daniel Adam
