Excursion d'une journée à Marrakech à Essaouira

Driver and the guide Anas and Mohammed are very friendly, just little bit confused with the pick up location, they said pick me up from the Riad, but end up from nearby road, they WhatsApp me to fix it, the tour is well organised, we stopped at restaurant for toilet break, the crepe is so nice there. Overall experience is great. The Essaouira port is a bit smelly from the fish and bird.

I absolutely loved the town of Essaouira and wished I could have spent longer than just an afternoon. Between the beach, love fish market and Medina there is so much to see! I would love to return and try out kite surfing The transfer I'm unsure what to say. My email told me the driver would meet me in the reception of my hotel. I was there at 7:50 as asked. Shortly after 8am I decided to go outside as I did not want to miss the driver. At 8:05 he came around the corner and seemed upset with me that I had not walked out to the transfer van? The van was around the corner and down the street. Not even in the hotel parking lot. There's no way I could've known it was there. He did however provide a nice explanation of the argon oil trees. But was just a bit abrasive in general and my initial encounter left a bad impression.

Excellent experience, well organized. Good transport. Great guide and driver. The town is well worth the visit.

Pick up was on time and was confirmed the day before. Nice van with good comfort. Informal guide and good driver. We went with Hassan and mohammed. The city was great to visit.

Yasin was very kind and conversative, showed us and shared lots of tips about our journey and about Morocco in general..

A bit far but it worths it! Beatiful city near the sea with interesting history and architecture, this tour only includes the transportation in a mini van, we booked a guided tour onsite, there is an agency where you can book them but they are a bit pricey, we booked with a freelancer on the street and it was 250 mad for 2 hours, but there are some fake guides around you gotta be careful. Overall it was good, I only didnt like that we waited for about an hour to leave because we had to wait for other people, so I wish we had more time in the city because if you take the tour, plus lunch plus shopping it's not enough. I recommend this company!

Yes, it’s a long day’s trip (we were 11 hours with comfort stops from pick-up to drop-off) but the experience of such a lovely coastal port is well worth it. Our driver, Yassine, was on time, very helpful and our small group were taken first to see the Argan trees surrounding the Women’s Co-operatives who transform the nuts into very high quality products… apparently argan is only grown in Morocco, and in only a few locations where the conditions are right. Whilst we did see some goats up a tree, the police are cracking down on this spectacle by their herders. On arrival at Essaouira we were dropped off at the port, opposite a huge beach on the bay… recommend highly “La Terrasse” just next to here overlooking the beach… very cheap, very good service. There was a local guide appeared as we arrived, but the wording of the tour implies it’s an included tour… it’s not, and it was good and worth the €15pp for almost 90 mins as we were taken around the city and to locations we would never have found in our 4hrs of free time. Much gentler pace here, an impressive market but calmer than Marrakesh’s medina and some stunning coastal views of the coast from the ramparts of the old town’s defences. We would not have been able to do this trip under our own steam for the price, nor derive so much value. Highly recommend this tour to experience a different side of Morocco.

My family and I spent the past week touring Morocco with Ishmael! He provided a private tour for our family We visited several cities and Ishmael made the entire process very fun and memorable. Ahmed is the best tourist guide. He is very knowledgeable of the different cities and had alot of entertaining stories that varies between history, tourism, fun facts and local traditions. Ahmed is young and energetic but still very safe driver. In 3 days, Ahmed was able to show us the best of Rabat, Marrakesh and Essouira.He has a local tourist guide in each of these cities who was always very knowledgeable of the history and local attractions. I will definitely use Ahmed again in my next visit.
