Le voyage commence par une prise en charge à la gare / à l'aéroport ou à l'hôtel ou à tout autre endroit souhaité à Udaipur. (Heure de prise en charge de 8h00 à 9h30). Le voyage commence par une visite au fort de Kumbhalgarh, considéré comme le deuxième plus grand mur du monde. Le fort de Kumbhalgarh a été construit au 15ème siècle. Le fort majestueux séparait Mewar de Marwar et il a été construit à cet effet. Située à 84 km au nord d'Udaipur en pleine nature, Kumbhalgarh est la deuxième citadelle la plus importante après Chittorgarh dans la région de Mewar.
Visitez le temple jaïn le plus célèbre du jaïnisme, Ranakpur. Il a été construit par le célèbre roi de Mewar Rana Kumbha. Le temple compte un total de 84 bhonyra (chambres souterraines) construites pour protéger les idoles jaïns des Moghols. Le temple est célèbre pour sa belle idole sculptée de Parshvanatha faite d'une seule plaque de marbre. L'idole a 1008 têtes de serpent et de nombreuses queues. Après cette magnifique expérience, nous vous ramènerons à Udaipur et vous y déposerons.

We had a great day visiting Kumbhalgarth fort and Ranakpur Jain temple. We were fortunate to have Prakash as our driver. He was courteous and helpful and we felt entirely safe with his driving at all times. The Kumbhalgarth fort is amazing of course. Our guide was Arjun who did a great job of bringing it to life for us. The lunch choice was good, we had vegetarian curry and dal with rice and naan which was very tasty. After lunch we visited the Jain temple with stunning carvings in white marble. Overall a great day trip from Udaipur, if you have the time

We had a wonderful time during this day trip. Our driver Mukesh was punctual and very friendly. Kumbhalgarh and the Ranakpur Jain Temple are sites to behold and definitely not to be missed. Our guide at Kumbhalgarh, Arjun, was also very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions, letting us take our time around the fort. Guides are not allowed at the Jain Temple, so we recommend taking the audio tour to get a full appreciation for the temple history. I’d highly recommend this day trip if you’re spending time in Udaipur.
The driver, Navneet, made us feel like family despite the language barrier. The scheduling was flexible and communicative, despite a last minute booking. The guide was good as well.

Honesty, as a solo female traveller I was a bit nervous about booking such a long trek in a private car, but this company made everything so seamless.
