Very nice excursion with an equally nice guide, definitely worth doing without hesitation It's a shame that the oasis is not maintained; the plastics spoil the beauty of the site.

Very good to discover Tataouine from the island of Djerba during the day. The scenery is amazing and the people very welcoming. Big up to our guide, Sofiane, who was perfect and interesting. Thanks to him! I recommend!

The tour offered a combination of great heritage, exciting desert activities, tasty food, friendly driver and organizer staff, and a nice drive through different landscapes from the coast to the desert. Yes it is a long drive, but it is worth as a day tour when visiting the region of Djerba.

Beautiful experience, desert, oases and villages really beautiful places, trips in total a bit 'long but it is absolutely worth considering the uniqueness of the places, our guide and driver shashasha (I can not write) turned out to be very nice, prepared and attentive, super recommended

Terrible organisation and coordination. Not at all as advertised. We paid £70 per person, so £140 in total and every penny was not worth the experience we had. It felt like we merely paid these scammers £140 for the fuel that was being used to drive a crammed, sweaty car which, to our complete surprise, also included 2 strangers that randomly got picked up on the way. The tour guide was not a guide at all and was essentially just a driver. He did not speak English at all, which was the option we selected when booking. He spoke French and Arabic only. Nothing was explained to us and we had to google our own questions to get information on the places we visited during the day. So this did not feel like a tour at all, it was just the driver driving us to places with no communication or engagement. Also, do not be fooled by the lack of information in the description of this so-called ‘tour’. It is NOT a private tour- you will be grouped with other random people without being notified and they will travel with you in the car. The driver was also an hour late, we were told to be ready for pick up 6am on the dot but the driver arrived to a DIFFERENT location at 7am, that we had to walk to for 15 minutes. He claimed he couldn’t find our original pick up location even though every other taxi/ delivery service we order from finds our location with ease and we’ve never had any problems with that. This was even more ironic because he said he was from Djerba, so it was even more bizarre and ridiculous that he could not find the location of our accommodation. The person we were liaising with in English after booking messaged us apologising and saying that the driver will make up for the fact he was an hour late during the day, but everything just seemed to get worse and worse as the day progressed. They also claimed that, to make up for this, they will pay for our food and for the entry to the Ksar Hadada location where Star Wars was filmed even though this should literally be paid for automatically when you book this ‘tour’. (The cost of entry to the Star Wars filming site is only 2DT anyway, which makes this so called ‘offer’ to rectify their 1 hour delay even more comedic). We realised that the driver was diving off the route we should have been on and to our complete surprise, picked up 2 random people (German tourists), who were seated with us in the car without anyone notifying us that this would happen. We were all squashed in the car together with no space at all to move around or comfortably relax as was implied in the description of this booking, especially since the total distance covered when travelling in the car is about 500km. The 2 tourists also seemed to be as shocked as we were when they entered the vehicle. We quickly all realised that we had been scammed by these people and this service as it was not at all as advertised or as implied in the descriptions we all received (whether written or verbal) when booking. All the locations we visited were lovely but the driver was impatient and rushing us to move on to the next location with urgency that should have not been there, especially since he was the reason we were an hour late. The driver kept demanding that we get back to the car every time we stopped at a location so that we could get back to Djerba quicker, as though we were inconveniencing him by exploring the sites and the desert. Food at the restaurant we ate in was nice/ average at the but nothing crazy, they served brik as the starter and couscous as the main dish. The entire experience felt really off, rude, rushed and we felt like we were being scammed the entire time. A big shame because the desert, the oasis and the sites in the Tataouine region we visited were themselves very very special and beautiful, but unfortunately this entire experience tainted the day and the memories. For £70 per person (which is about 280DT per person) this experience was terrible and not worth the money whatsoever. I would definitely recommend visiting the locations listed in the description of this so called ‘tour’ but save your money and book with another reliable provider or, better yet, rent out a 4x4 and take your time exploring southern Tunisia yourself to get the most of the experience and really enjoy the beauty this country has to offer without being scammed or disappointed! I also found that this is very out of character for people in Djerba, as most of them are very kind, hospitable and generous people who are a pleasure to speak with and get to know.

Legend travel story, the best way to have a unique experience through the mountains a the desert of Sahara, Tunísia. Thank you to Mr Majid who made it better by explaining everything we needed to know. My family and I loved it, from the quad ride in the desert to the berber villages etc.. Highly recommended

I want to thank Majid Chafai, from the Legend Travel Story, who introduced us to Ksar Ghilaine, Chneni Tataouine, the Sahara and beautiful oases and Berber villages. It was a unique experience on his side that allowed us to learn Tunisian culture and gastronomy. The best excursion I ever did 😊 Thank you Mr Majid 🥰🥰🥰
