This was a great tour. It was private, so we were able to tweak the tour on the day to do more of the things we wanted and less of the things we didn't want. There were 4 staff: a driver and guide who picked us up, a boat driver, and a guide for all the snorkeling. You want to leave the last stop by 3pm or it get's pretty rough on the way back. We great day and would 100% recommend this tour!

I booked a day trip tour to the three Gilis for a company outing, and I am so very happy with their service. Our tour guide truly went above and beyond to ensure that all of my colleagues’ needs were accommodated. The Bale Laut crew was also incredibly friendly and helpful, patiently assisting us with our endless questions. What impressed me even more was that they provided snorkeling gear and life jackets for everyone, making the experience both convenient and enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, and the team made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the trip. Overall, I highly recommend Bale Laut to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free Gili Islands tour. Thank you for making our company outing such a wonderful experience!

This is one of the best trips I have ever done globally. The team (led by Junaidi) were knowledgeable, interactive and very friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us and made a day at a beautiful location even better. I cannot recommend this enough!!! Definitely worth the money and I will be back next year to do it all again!

Junaidi and the team were very professional and fun to spend time with. We went to several spots and Alex recorded video. We had a fantastic lunch on Gili T that was included in the trip and planned ahead of time. If you want to snorkel around the Gili’s, I highly recommend this team.

The trip to the Gili Islands was absolutely fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of our stay! 🌴☀️ The travel agency truly went above and beyond – from the very beginning, we felt genuinely cared for in a very personal and attentive way. There was no rush at all; we could explore beautiful places at a relaxed pace and fully enjoy every moment. A big plus was the convenient organization – we were picked up directly from our hotel, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. During the day, we were also treated to a delicious local lunch, which was a great opportunity to try regional flavors. There was also some free time, allowing us to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings at our own pace. Special thanks to Yana-Boss – her professionalism, dedication, and warm attitude made us feel truly special. A great day out with Junaidi and the team. We were driven by Samsul to a small harbour and then boarded the boat for the Gilis. Great snorkelling, lots of beautiful fish and we hired a GoPro so got some fabulous pics and videos. Saw 2 turtles. The underwater statues are worth seeing, but be prepared it’s very busy!We had a lovely lunch at Nateys and went round Gili T on a horse and cart. Really enjoyed our day - thank you!

Our trip to Gili T on Thursday (9/10) was exceptional! Our guides, Yana and Dwi, were incredibly informative, outgoing, and always willing to help wherever possible. Zen/Zan, who captured our photos on the GoPro, has given us memories to treasure for a lifetime. The lunch on the island was superb — I honestly didn’t expect such high-quality food as part of an already 10/10 snorkelling trip. At the end, the girls gave us a beautiful keepsake that went far beyond any expectations for tour guides. We both found the gesture incredibly touching. Well done, and thank you for giving us such an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend booking this trip, it was worth every penny!
