Description
Osaka est une ville animée qui regorge d'activités « grandes villes », mais il y a aussi un autre aspect. Cette visite vous emmène de votre hôtel à des temples remarquables, un quartier de divertissement historique, des jardins et les célèbres tombes "kofun" à Osaka et au sud à Sakai City, le tout dans un véhicule privé de luxe. Votre chauffeur/Guide natif ou équivalent Anglais s'assurera que le voyage est léger et amusant, tout en le gardant intellectuellement stimulant et informatif d'une manière bien équilibrée et accessible. Comme il s'agit d'une visite privée, les discussions sur les changements à l'itinéraire sont les bienvenues! Selon votre demande, des frais supplémentaires peuvent s'appliquer.

Nous marchons sur les terrains jusqu'au château, mais n'entrons pas dans le bâtiment lui-même (nous le trouvons plutôt décevant à l'intérieur, mais l'extérieur est génial!). La forteresse d'Osaka, cette structure imposante et les magnifiques terrains environnants sont des sites incontournables pour tous les visiteurs à Osaka.
Considéré comme le plus ancien temple bouddhiste du Japon, les bâtiments, les terrains et les récits vont intéresser et impressionner. Quand ils sont ouverts (ils sont un peu capricieux), nous visitons également leur charmant jardin japonais (300 yens par adulte en plus).
Explosion d'un vieux quartier de divertissement, nous découvrons certains des sites les plus emblématiques d'Osaka lors de notre promenade.
Ce sanctuaire shinto offre un contraste saisissant avec le temple Shitennoji et se déroule à travers des terres anciennes et sacrées. Venez respirer 1500 ans d'histoire.
Admirez une vue spectaculaire sur Osaka au nord, les montagnes délimitant Nara à l'est et la côte à l'ouest et au sud.
Un beau jardin japonais très peu touristique, un peu au sud d'Osaka, le jardin de Daisen Park vous enchantera lorsque vous vous promènerez autour de son étang et au fond de son charmant ruisseau paysager. L'entrée est de 200 yens. Tandis qu'ici, nous contemplons également l'une des plus grandes tombes du monde, celle de l'empereur Nintoku datant du Ve siècle environ.

- Veuillez noter que les jardins japonais du parc Daisen sont fermés le lundi (sauf si le lundi est un jour férié, auquel cas ils sont fermés le mardi). Si le jardin japonais de Daisen Park est fermé le jour de votre visite, vous pourrez consacrer du temps à vos achats, visiter d'autres localités en voiture ou autre chose de votre choix.
- Les pourboires sont rares au Japon, mais si vous avez vraiment apprécié votre temps et que vous voulez montrer à votre guide à quel point vous les appréciez, ils seront extrêmement heureux!
- Selon la loi japonaise, les enfants de moins de 6 ans ou mesurant moins de 140 cm DOIVENT utiliser des sièges auto. Assurez-vous de nous en demander un à l'avance si nécessaire.

Kevin was excellent and our day was spectacular because of his efforts. He truly is a star Tour Guide. We visited the Osaka Castle, the Shrine, The Kofun museum and Daisen Park. We also visited a pet store to see some gorgeous puppies and had a very tasty GF lunch at Kevin's suggestion. As well, he helped us with a travel issue. Awesome private tour with specific requested destinations. We were in Osaka for a wedding (family with adult children, option not available in Viator) and requested some changes in the tour destinations, esp a bonsai school for my brother-in-law! Pleasant surprise to discover that this tour is also operated by Pinpoint Travels, with whom we booked another tour to Kyoto on another day (amazing guide Kevin, quick email responses from Kristy in their office)! Price of private tour with flexible schedule and patient and knowledgeable guide so worth it with fam who wanted to take pics at every turn!

We had a wonderful day with Lito our guide. Lito very accommodating to make sure that we saw the best of Osaka in the day we had with him. We had lots of laughs and nothing was to much trouble. The Tour was a delight as he took us to the less visited temples and shrines so the crowds were not prevalent which was very pleasing, the peace and serenity of the temples and shrines really stood out.
We were supposed to do this full day tour on our last day in Osaka. We were looking forward to it. 24 hrs before the tour that we planned months ago we receive an email that the tour was cancelled without zero explanation. Totally unacceptable!!!! We traveled all this way from the US and to have a tout cancelled without any notice is disgraceful. It was also nearly impossible to book something else on such short notice. We had to settle for some half day walking tour on public transportation when we wanted a private vehicle. I have used Viator in multiple countries and never had a problem. This time I’m disgusted and they should have found us a suitable replacement. Very poor customer service. Totally ruined a once in a lifetime opportunity.
We once again apologize for the cancellation. There was, in fact, a very good explanation provided to you, so we must take issue with the "cancelled with zero explanation!!!!" portion of your review. We cancel a truly miniscule fraction of 1% of our tours, and of course we hate doing it. It's only in the case on an emergency (as it was this time) that we would generally ever do it. Of course we don't want to disappoint or anger our guests, so of course we try and do everything in our power to keep tours running even when lightening strikes. We are not a flaky company. For those reading this review, please understand that literally 90%+ of our guests overall do not write reviews, but around 90% that had a negative experience *do* write reviews.
We had a great time with our guide Levy. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was also very flexible and adjusted our itinerary based on what we visited and wanted to see. We enjoyed the tea ceremony and the visit to the fish market. Overall, we had a wonderful time. And our sushi lunch was one of the highlights of our entire trip for my son. Thank you for a great tour!
