Tour guide Osman was great and I had a good experience. One thing that was odd was the company had to send me two different entrance tickets, one for 6am and later one for 10am and this caused some confusion.

We booked this service for circuit 2 four months in advance. Two months after the purchase they contacted us indicating that they did not have availability, they offered us circuit one and we accepted it. The day before the visit to Machu Picchu, they indicated to us that they did not have the tickets either. Thanks to this agency, on September 10 instead of being at Machu Picchu, we were taking a tour of the Cusco tourist police station and Indecopi to file a complaint for fraud. 11 days have passed and they still have not refunded the money nor have they communicated with us. In addition to this, several people directly in Cusco who work at other agencies that carry out these types of visits indicated to us that the price we paid Haku Travel was exorbitant since we paid double what it actually costs. The reviews for this company on Google are terrible and we were scammed by them.

Everything was wrong. The agency changed the circuits, claiming there was no availability despite them being confirmed well in advance. Although he was communicating, he made changes to what was initially contracted the whole time, and what was finally offered was what he thought, not what I wanted. I decided not to take the tour in the end. I do not recommend it at all. An agency with no seriousness or respect for the client. I am waiting for a full refund of my money and I had to go to the tourism police in Peru, who contacted them. I hope they can receive an exemplary sanction so they do not harm anyone else.

We never took the trip, they canceled our reservation because they never provided the tour and we didn't take it either, the agency does not take responsibility, they don't answer us, and they don't want to refund our money.

The company made the impossible happen, with little planning time put us in the circuit we wanted, high-quality support made by Elmer, always solving doubts and with good availability. About Machu Picchu I think that dispense comments, but I wanted to praise the guide Samuel who knew a lot about the local history, the best roads and places for photos.

What an amazing experience!!!! It is difficult to get to Machu Picchu from the airport. You need a taxi, train, and bus. They made it manageable and were very professional and thoughtful. They provided us a place to rest while we waited for our tour. They are excellent and effective communicators. We knew exactly what was next and they reassured us by calling and texting. Someone was already waiting for us at each stop. Bryan, our tour guide, was wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Circuit 2 was incredible. Once in a lifetime experience. Since it was my first time in Cusco, I really appreciated the exceptional service I received from the staff. Worth every penny.

Everything was well organized from the pickup at our hotel in Cusco in the morning to the drop off at our hotel at night.
