I decided to take my husband on this tour as it was his first time in Israel. We were happy to be able to see so much just in one day. However, we were disappointed with how disorganized the tour was. The biggest thing for us was that the driver was saying we weren’t going to be going to The Dead Sea. This was the highlight and main reason we booked the tour. After arguing with the driver We had to contact whoever was in charge and they told the driver we would be going to the Dead Sea. We were happy we got to see the places we wanted to however the disorganization did take away from our experience.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are so glad to hear that you were able to maximize your day and experience these beautiful places, especially since it was your husband's first visit to Israel! At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the stress and confusion you experienced during the tour. We pride ourselves on seamless organization, and it is clear we fell short of your expectations that morning. It is clear that, on that morning, we fell short of your expectations and failed to meet our own standards. Due to a last-minute staffing change from our transportation provider, a substitute driver was assigned to this route. Unfortunately, a language barrier led to a major misunderstanding while at Masada, where the driver intended to explain the sequence of the itinerary (heading to Ein Gedi before the Dead Sea), which was misinterpreted as bypassing the Dead Sea entirely. As you noted, our team was on high alert and monitoring the tour closely that day. We are glad our office was able to step in immediately, speak with both the driver and your group, and resolve the confusion in real-time. In fact, to ensure you had the best possible experience after this scare, the itinerary was adjusted so you could spend even more quality time relaxing at the Dead Sea. Please rest assured that we have taken this incident very seriously and have addressed it directly with the management of the transport company to ensure it does not happen again. We truly appreciate your patience and communication during the tour, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future for a flawless experience.
Best to bring your own food and water. The refreshments sold at the venues seemed very expensive to purchase.
Customer service was great, when I was buying the ticket and applying a coupon the dates auto change to the next day. The representative was able to changed to the correct date. Thank you!
Great time exploring with our family at Masada & the Dead Sea. Very beautiful views and much history to be learned.
Thank you Patrick for taking the moment to write. We are glad you enjoyed our tour!
Great trip Ariel was an excellent guide. Gave great information at Masada. . Dead Sea was a great experience
This was a fascinating tour, made outstanding by our guide, Ariel Mielnik. He took great care that we were well-hydrated, with lots of comfort stops, as well as being a great storyteller and fountain of information.
Thank you for the nice message! We are glad you had a great time on our tour with one of our hand-picked tour guides!
The guide was well informed on all aspects of the tour, willing to answer all questions and always told us what to expect.
The guide super good people! I committed to this experience! Super patient, explained things well. The beautiful places to which it took us and the distribution of super schedules give to enjoy well home place visited.
Outstanding day! We left crazy early to get to Masasa, and walked up the snake trail in the dark to see sunrise. After sunrise had just under an hour to walk around on top before heading back on foot. If you walk any mountain paths you should be able to do this, there's no altitude. Then a brief stop at Ein Geri nature center, no 2nd mountain you have to do but some short stair climbs, make sure you see all 3 waterfalls. Number 3 is the best! The Dead Sea is an experience you should do. Float and get in the mud and rinse off. Shmuel is great at this, he gets you there and tells you everything you need to know and reminds you of the schedule so you get back in time for everything else. You can leave your stuff on the bus so you only take what you need for that part of the trip. Bring some water for the day, can refill before and after Ein Gedi. This is an active trip with transport and instruction before each place, but no hand-holding during. Very happy we chose this trip, the scheduling and execution were both A+
Well organized trip to Masada Dead Swa and nature reserve. Excellent bus driver and guide. Coming backbto Israel with wife and will do it again.
