Une excursion d'une journée en Arménie est la meilleure possibilité de visiter un nouveau pays en une journée et de voir à quel point deux pays voisins peuvent être différents, la meilleure opportunité de visiter des lieux qui vous emmènent à des siècles différents et vous font sentir que le temps change avec les siècles en quelques minutes, vous pensez voyager avec une machine à remonter le temps, mais c'est juste notre voiture qui traverse ces beaux endroits, vous explorez 2 sites du patrimoine de l'UNESCO, essayez de délicieux plats locaux, voyez comment les habitants vivent et ressentent le l'influence de l'union soviétique, passer une journée à ressentir des siècles différents est beaucoup.

À 08h30, notre guide vous attend devant la station de métro Avlabari avec le drapeau de notre entreprise.
La première vue de la tournée que nous visitons est le monastère d'Akhtala. Une église du XIIIe siècle avec de belles fresques, entourée de grottes de fusion de cuivre, d'une usine de fusion de cuivre et de la fortification défensive centrale de la partie sud de la Géorgie.
La deuxième destination de la visite est le monastère de Haghpat, situé dans le village de Haghpat et classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. L'un des plus beaux chefs-d'œuvre médiévaux d'Arménie est à couper le souffle.
Après le déjeuner, nous visitons le deuxième site du patrimoine de l'UNESCO appelé le monastère de Sanahin, l'un des plus beaux monastères du 10ème siècle. Sur le chemin du monastère de Sanahin, trois arrêts supplémentaires sont disponibles : un pour le pont, qui date du XIIe siècle et depuis le pont, vous voyez une fonderie de cuivre qui vous fait ressentir l'époque de l'Union soviétique ; la deuxième place est le canyon Debed avec une vue imprenable; la troisième vue Mikoyan Brothers’ Museum qui vous étonnera avec l’avion original MiG 21.

Well I had a great time. Interesting tour covered a lot of history between the two countries. Our guide did an excellent job getting us through the border. He took care of us. He explained everything in details . I recommend this tour lots to see and I gained a lot of knowledge. I enjoyed the home cooked lunch. Very tasty Thanks a lot Mariam Marcia Robinson

Giorgi was such a kind and humble guide. Very knowledgeable and helpful with understanding and even taking pictures! The tour was plenty enough for amount of stops and the absolutely delicious food for lunch made by a local family, eating outside on the side of a mountain, just splendid! What a great trip!

This trip was such a wonderful opportunity to visit Armenia; although it was just a day trip, we were able to see some UNESCO heritage sites full of history and bask in the majesty of the country's mountains. Our guide, Katherine, was super knowledgeable and helpful, making sure we were able to get across the border easily. The homemade lunch by Anush was absolutely delicious and a wonderful taste of the country's great cuisine. And our driver, Vaja, did an amazing job navigating the often difficult mountainous terrain. This was definitely a wonderful value for the money and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in getting a taste of Armenia.

If you want to tick another country off your list and do not have much time while in Georgia I can recommend this day trip. It is a pretty full on day with all the sites and the borer crossing, but very nice. We were in a 6-seater min van which I very much liked. The border was not too difficult and the places we visited in Armenia were also beautiful. Nana our guide was great as well, she had a tremendous amount of knowledge and really tried to get to know us all. Get the lunch it was so good.

Great trip to Armenia. At the border, as usual, there was a wait, but it was still acceptable. The food was especially good. Not a mass-market experience but intimate, and only our group ate there. Unfortunately, the bus broke down and we had to wait two hours for the replacement bus. Our guide was friendly and always asked us if everything was okay, but with such a long wait, I think the agency could at least pay for a water for everyone. The excursion destinations were all absolutely worth seeing (see pictures). Great trip and you see all the highlights in a short time.
