Notre visite de 4 heures de la ville de Dubaï vous emmènera dans les endroits les plus importants de Dubaï. Vous pouvez également voir deux côtés différents de Dubaï, l'historique et le moderne. En commençant par le musée de Dubaï, situé dans le fort Al Fahidi (construit au XVIIIe siècle), vous aurez l'occasion de découvrir Dubaï avant qu'elle ne découvre le pétrole et ne devienne la ville puissante qu'elle est aujourd'hui. Ceci est suivi par une promenade le long de la crique de Dubaï, qui est une zone historique et détient encore des vestiges du passé.

Le Burj Khalifa de Dubaï, le plus haut de tous les bâtiments du monde, se dresse haut et fier parmi les autres gratte-ciel de la ville. L'un des principaux monuments de la ville, les intérieurs du Burj sont aussi majestueux que l'extérieur en acier. Jetez un œil au merveilleux bâtiment de l'intérieur en rejoignant le Dubai Burj Khalifa Tour avec nous. Au cours de la visite, on vous montre une présentation multimédia sur l'histoire de Dubaï ainsi que sur l'histoire de la construction du bâtiment. Une fois que vous avez rassemblé des informations sur cette haute structure, vous êtes conduit au 125e pont de l'observatoire (au sommet) sur l'ascenseur le plus rapide. Ici, vous avez la chance d'avoir une vue panoramique à 360 degrés sur toute la ville de Dubaï.

- Veuillez noter que les 124e, 125e, 148e et 152e niveaux du Burj Khalifa seront opérationnels de 5h00 à 13h30 le 31 décembre 2024.

It was nice experience with rayna as they properly managed evrything including tickets booking to pickup & drop. Every driver was punctual and was helpful throughout the tour. Special mention to saeed aktar who was our driver for the abu Dhabi City tour. All the vehicles met our expectations and were good. Special mention to bharat & shiv who were connected throughout the trip and helped us to prepare a better itinerary for the family vacations. I booked a tour with rayna tours. They accepted an advance without telling any change in quotation price prior. Just a day before trip, they told us the bookings have not been made

The Dubai full day trip was fantastic. Our tour guide Zayed Ali arrived on time, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Dubai, the history of the UAE as well as many other topics. He was very flexible with our schedule and offered suggestions for us to choose from. He is quite a good photographer and knows just the right spot to capture a photo. He is an expert tour guide and I highly recommend him to anyone.

I had the WORST experience with Rayna Tours. I applied for a tourist visa through them, and it was a complete SCAM. First, the person I contacted on WhatsApp turned out to be just a bot, not a real representative. Despite this, I proceeded and made the payment, submitting all my documents as requested. After that, they completely disappeared—no responses, no updates, nothing! I kept following up, but they ignored my messages. After a whole week, I finally got a reply saying my visa was rejected—without any proof of rejection or even confirmation that they had actually applied for it! No documents, no transparency, just a vague response and a complete lack of professionalism. This company is a total waste of time and money. Their service is absolutely ZERO! PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL! Don’t fall for their scam. Avoid Rayna Tours at all costs! NO VISA! NO DUBAI TOURS!!!!!

I already did a tour with Vinu and Smit Joshi two days ago and because of the very good experience I decided to book another tour with them. My expectations were exceeded.
