Chefchaouen est l'une des villes les plus importantes du Maroc, son charme unique donne une impression d'irréalité. Avec ses maisons bleuies, toute la ville semble baignée d'azur. Vous vous promenez comme si vous étiez dans un rêve. Au cours de cette visite, vous explorerez la forteresse (kasaba) de Moulay Ali Ben Rached qui se dresse au milieu du vieux quartier : ses jardins luxuriants, situés au centre de la ville, sont un havre de fraîcheur. L'incontournable Médina avec ses célèbres ruelles étroites et sinueuses, est l'occasion de se mêler à la population locale, et de sentir et goûter des délices : du pain fraîchement cuit, aux tajines savamment préparés. La cascade de Ras El Maa, là où l'eau jaillit de la montagne, que les femmes locales viennent faire leur lessive. Le bruit de l'eau et les collines verdoyantes juste au-delà du mur de la médina offrent une dose soudaine et forte de nature. Après avoir exploré ce musée vivant, nous retournerons à travers les montagnes de Ref jusqu'à Fès.

We had a wonderful day trip to Chefchaouen, made truly special by our guide and driver, Younes. From the moment we set off, his hospitality stood out — he was friendly, thoughtful, and generous in sharing personal stories and insights about Morocco, which made the journey feel authentic and engaging rather than just a standard tour. I was fortunate to have had a day with my Private guide Abdel Karim, Driving to Chefchaouen I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Our drive was several hours from Fes, Abdel and I passed the time in conversation the whole way there and back, he was so accommodating when I wanted to stop to see the roadside stalls along the way. The experience was amazing and Abdel made this a memorable day for me. I recommend him highly and appreciate his professionalism a super guy and a privilege to have shared the day with him.

Our driver Mohamed was great. Very good driver, he explained a lot of things to us during this 3:30 journey he knew how to respond to all our desires and gave us all the time we needed to wander around Chefchaouen without putting pressure on our schedule. his vehicle (mini van) was very comfortable, clean and spacious for long legs. don't hesitate to leave him a good tip stephane and anne

We were completely enchanted by the blue city of Chefchaouen. It’s both dazzling and calming. The water is a wonder unto itself. We are so glad we stayed an extra day to experience the vacant streets in the early morning and have a traditional local breakfast. Highly recommend if you can make the stunning mountain drive: Akchour National Park and its waterfalls. It’s about an additional hour on the road, but what a splendid road it is. Our guide, Amin, is a kind hearted, effortlessly friendly, incredibly wise man of the world who makes personal, positive connections his life’s mission without pretense. He knows and loves his country and knows the best ways to highlight it. We will miss him, as he was our driver and guide for several days beyond this tour. It was the best part of our two weeks in Morocco.
