Excursion d'une journée de Boston à Kennebunkport avec visite facultative du chariot

Horrible trip. The description did not match what was done. The driver was not happy to begin with, the driver that was supposed to actually take us broke her foot. The substitute driver clearly did not want to be there and was basically had no choice and we could tell. The substitute driver dropped us at a location for 5 hours and she went home. We had to call the company and ask her to come back. There was zero hours of driving to see a costal view. We asked Chris to cancel Martha’s because it’s the same company he basically argued with me and said that there was nothing wrong with what the driver did. The driver lied and said we wanted to go home because we were cold- despite it being a beautiful day and us buying ice cream. We had a horrible experience with this company and do not recommend this tour or this company. Steve I’m ready for your response - that basically defends your company with zero accountability. When a customer is telling you ways to improve- you listen (shows a lot about the mind set of the staff that works for this company). I do plan to share this experience on all social media platforms. I have the voicemails and receipt’s.

Jennifer was the best tour guide we have experienced through our travels. She made sure that it was a stress free day even before it started. She listened to our requests and made us feel that we were here number one priority. She made us feel safe throughout the day and she went out of her way to provide a 5-star service. This tour was beautiful, relaxing, fun, and so much more. I’d give this tour (especially our guide) more stars if I could! It was the best part of our trip! Thank you!

This trip was fantastic from start to finish. Jen was a great guide who gave us the full experience. Pick up was prompt and the vehicle was clean. The whole area was absolutely beautiful and each stop was great with enough time to appreciate the surroundings. If in Boston, would definitely recommend this trip

Excellent tour. Lucia was a good guide, giving lots of information on route. Good breakfast stop, though a little rushed. Two good stop offs, with a good amount of time. Ample time in Kennebunkport.

Nice stops, beautiful tour. We did the optional trolley tour and it was nice. The brewery had good beers, Allison's was fairly priced and good.

Yes good value…..lovely stop for blueberry muffin just out of the oven with a ton of butter to set us up for the day. Plenty time to enjoy any stops on the route.

There are serious raining in the morning. The cliff walk along the Altantiic Ocean is canelled. The weather in the afternoon gets a bit better. Shopping is the only thing you do there.

Great tour to Kennebunkport including stop at Ogunquit. Great commentary about the area on the drive up. Enjoyed walking the Marginal Way at Ogunquit as well the time Kennebunkport and the trolley tour

It is an all day trip. Starts early in the morning and ends in the evening. Anple rest stops along the way that were fun. Kennebunkport is beautiful and lots to see. This tour is totally worth it!

Tim was our driver. He was fenominal! He gave us history as we drove along and was extremely friendly and personable. He was accommodating to all and never seemed frazzled even when 4 out of our group went to the wrong place to get picked up. I would highly recommend New England Tours and ask for your driver to be Tim. Wonderul experience!!!
