The trip to Alexandria by the driver was good, with respect to the city it was a failure, the ugliest places in the city. a garbage can everywhere and they offered us lunch but in the end neither lunch nor the library. I didn't like it, I felt like I wasted a day for nothing! I want my money back , I feel cheated!

We are glad we pulled the trigger on going YL Alexandria on our last day in Egypt. The driver Ahmed was the best and is now a friend. Great time.

I liked the drive from Cairo to Alexandra. I wish we could spent more time on each attraction. Everything else was good.

Very good Service, Guide Ahmed was punctual and very attentive all the time. There was constant communication and provided us with a lot of information about the places we visited, we felt among friends and cared for at all times, the comfortable and modern car. Recommended.

Alexandria was beautiful. Painless drive from Cairo to the city. We then saw the Library of Alexandria which was very impressive. Headed to the Citadel after that which was my favorite part of the day. Also had some delicious fried fish that Ehab, our tour guide, recommended for us. Ehab was very attentive to our needs (staying hydrated, random food requests, etc) and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed

We had an incredible time seeing Alexandria with Ehab. As always he made our travel as easy and low stress as possible and made sure that we had everything we needed, from water, to food to pictures. Ehab was very knowledgeable and efficiently showed us the most important landmarks during the day. Ehab was always checking in if we needed anything or if there was anything else that we wanted to see. This was our last day of travel and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect end to our trip. Can't rave enough about Ehab's professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. Hossam, our driver, was also extremely punctual and friendly making sure we were always picked up from our destinations extremely quickly

Booked our tours with Hesham Egypt Tour Company and what a wonderful time with our two adopted sons—Guide Ehab and Driver Ahmed. We toured today on Friday and there were many people relaxing and visiting the lighthouse, catacombs, Mediterranean Sea and other important monuments and attractions. Ahmed’s skill in getting in and out of traffic paid off and Guide Ehab’s skill of the knowing how to satisfy your every need was much appreciative. We didn’t have to go get anything in all our tours with the Hesham Egypt Tours. Ehab and Ahmed got our coffee, water, tea, breakfast if we want any, cotton balls, phone charger, cords and anything we needed to make our trip more enjoyable. We took great pictures and had an awesome time by the sea and had a tasty lunch of octopus, rice and fresh fish.

Long day but well worth the trip! There were 3 of us and we all agree this is a must of your travels in Egypt! Our tour guide is very knowledgable with both his history and the areas we went to. All in all awesome!!!

We were guided by Abla Saif through the sights of Alexandria and she was great. She was very informative and effective the getting through sites. She shared her wealth of knowledge with us, and gave us insight into Egyptian culture and history. She took us to popular sites and also allowed us flexibility in what we wanted to see. Most importantly, she was kind and funny, and made us feel very safe and supported through the day.
