Découvrez le monde des combattants de la liberté de Cu Chi en visitant leur célèbre système de tunnel. Ce réseau de plus de 200 km de tunnels est devenu légendaire au cours des années 1960, alors qu’il jouait un rôle essentiel dans la guerre américaine en permettant au Viet Cong de contrôler une vaste zone rurale proche de Ho Chi Minh-Ville. À leur apogée, les tunnels fonctionnaient dans des cités souterraines.

Itinéraire
Dans la matinée, nous partons de Ho Chi Minh-Ville vers les tunnels de Cu Chi. Cu Chi est maintenant considéré comme un district héroïque pour son rôle dans la résistance à la guerre anti-américaine pendant la guerre du Vietnam. Il est légendaire pour son réseau de tunnels souterrains de plus de 220 km et est un site touristique prisé des Vietnamiens et des étrangers. Sur le chemin menant à Cu Chi depuis Ho Chi Minh-Ville, nous passerons par la pittoresque campagne locale, où vous pourrez même apercevoir des canards et des buffles se rafraîchissant dans la rivière. Vous aurez du mal à imaginer les destructions et les dommages qui dominaient jadis la région, causés par les bombardements et les mines alors que Cu Chi était «une zone de cible libre».
Après les tunnels, nous nous arrêterons pour un déjeuner de cuisine vietnamienne locale avant de rentrer à Ho Chi Minh. Nous visiterons ici le palais de la réunification, ancienne résidence du président du Sud-Vietnam jusqu’à la fin de la guerre en avril 1975, la cathédrale Notre-Dame, la poste et le musée de la guerre. La visite se termine à 17h00.

Our trip was organised by Vietnam Tours Saigon & was over 1 1/2 days. First half day we covered the landmarks of HCMC (Saigon).2nd day we covered the Cu Chi tunnels & War Remnant Museum. Our guide was Kheng.We have travelled extensively in many Asian countries.We consider him to be the best.He is very knowledgeable, punctual, gave us time to enjoy the tourist places & took beautiful photos on our mobiles. The driver whose name I cannot recall was punctual, polite & drove safely
My wife and I used Vietnam Private Transfers (VPT) for a private guided tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels and for a pick up from HCM City airport to our hotel (Mia Saigon, which is excellent - see my review). Katie, at VPT was extremely helpful and was always willing and able to answer the many questions I had when planning our trip. The Cu Chi Tunnels trip was very enjoyable and our guide (Huynh Dung) was excellent, knowledgeable and paced the tour well). The driver was very careful and made for a relaxing ride. Would definitely use VPT again.
Wow, it was a great experience with Kevin. He is a really calm and patient to our group and made us a memorable tour to Cu Chi tunnel. Foods, drinks are awesome. The transportation is very new and clean. Thank you Katie for such a great arrangement.
I booked a group tour to visit Cu Chi tunnel and City for our last day in Saigon. Lily approached me promptly and upgraded our tour to private tour with very little surcharge. She arranged an excellent tour guide for us and there was nothing to complaint about the services. The foods in Cu Chi tunnel was amazing and delicious.
We had to make a change of travel plans and ended up booking our trip from our hotel to Cu Chi at the recommendation of our hotel. The driver was friendly and helpful ( i was on crutches and unable to help with my baggage). Overall it was surprisingly pleaant.
The CuChi Tunnels and Reunification tour was both amazing and an eye opener for us. It showed the ingenuity and resiliency of the Vietnamese people against an even superior opponent. If you love David vs Goliath stories, this tour is for you. The tour guid Jun is very knowledgeable and even the kids love the tour. The lunch was also great.
Amazing trip! The food included was so delicious. Lily was very helpful and organized our trip well; our driver was super friendly and waited for us at the pickup location. Would definitely recommend the day tour to every one!
