Allons-y! Une fois, nous montons tous à bord de notre propre véhicule privé et partons pour le puissant fleuve Mékong ! Ce voyage prendra environ trois heures et vous donnera l'occasion de tout savoir sur le cours de la rivière et comment elle arrive au Vietnam depuis ses origines dans les montagnes enneigées du Tibet. Vous pourrez également contempler le paysage environnant spectaculaire alors que nous traversons la région merveilleusement fertile. Saisissez l'occasion d'apercevoir le mode de vie local alors que nous traversons l'un des points chauds agricoles du comté.
Découvrez Cai Be et la culture vietnamienne locale Une fois arrivés à Cai Be, nous monterons à bord de notre sampan privé (un bateau traditionnel à moteur) pour commencer notre inoubliable croisière sur le Mékong. Tout d'abord, nous ferons l'expérience d'un petit marché flottant traditionnel. C'est une occasion incontournable d'avoir un aperçu du commerce loin des marchés touristiques de la ville. Attendez-vous à être ébloui par un éventail de couleurs, d'odeurs et de sons. Gardez votre appareil photo à portée de main pour prendre de belles photos !
Sampan d'aviron et balade à vélo guidée Après le marché flottant, nous passerons aux bateaux à rames et entrerons dans les petits canaux isolés du delta. Ici, nous pouvons nous rapprocher et faire partie de la vie quotidienne des habitants et des agriculteurs locaux. Ensuite, nous retournons sur la terre ferme pendant que nous visitons l'île de Tan Phong. Après une courte escale dans un verger savoureux, nous ferons l'expérience de la musique enchanteresse du sud-ouest du Vietnam tout en profitant d'un spectacle local. Nous ferons également une visite guidée à vélo de cette île merveilleuse. En chemin, nous rendrons visite à des familles locales et apprendrons comment elles utilisent la terre pour tout fabriquer, du papier de riz délicat aux toits solides de leurs maisons. Les familles nous offriront des spécialités du Mékong pour le déjeuner, notamment des rouleaux de printemps fraîchement préparés, une fleur de citrouille frite et un beau porc braisé trempé dans du jus de noix de coco.
Explorez davantage le delta par Sampan Après le déjeuner spécial Mékong, nous transférons sur un plus petit bateau à rames nous permettant de nous enfoncer plus profondément dans les petits canaux du Delta pour revenir à notre grand bateau. Le bateau à moteur se déplace lentement le long des rives du fleuve avec des fermes piscicoles flottantes puis retourne à My Tho pour le retour à Ho Chi Minh-Ville.

Sonny was an excellent and informative guide. This tour was exactly as described and included excellent commentary on Vietnamese life in the present as well as historical details.
This is definitely worth booking, a bit touristy but very romantic.

We had a very comfortable day at Mekong Delta with our tour guide Slim. We were picked in a very comfortable minibus. Slim gave us insights into local culture, food, history etc. The tour was not rushed. We got experience the local culture with the residents of the islands. We chose vegetarian lunch which was included in our itinerary and it was very tasty. Overall our trip was very pleasant and we enjoyed our time. Will surely recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience on our Mekong Delta tour. Our guide, Sim, was extremely knowledgeable as well as very nice. He made us feel right at home as he introduced us to local village life in the area. The lunch that was included exceeded our expectations. My favorite was the fresh fish spring rolls. I highly recommend Maika Tours. And be sure to ask for Sim!

Our private tour to the Mekong Delta from Saigon was an unforgettable experience, especially traveling with our elderly parents. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully arranged. Our guide and driver were incredibly attentive — always assisting our mom in and out of the van and boat with care and patience.
