Excursion d'une journée complète à Split
Description
Nous sommes uniques parce que nous sommes simples, communicatifs et adaptables à vos besoins. La seule chose que nous n'aimons pas, c'est lorsque les clients nous demandent combien de temps ils peuvent rester ici, car la réponse est aussi longue que nécessaire. Nous n'aimons pas presser quelqu'un parce que vous êtes venu en vacances pour vous amuser et ne pas penser au temps.

Itinéraire
L'excursion commence à partir de votre hôtel, aéroport ou point de rendez-vous. Après 1 heure de balade, vous arriverez à la petite ville médiévale de Ston où vous ferez une belle promenade sur les remparts de Ston. Après cette marche d'environ 30 minutes, nous nous dirigerons vers les salines. Vous découvrirez le processus technologique d'obtention du sel de mer et son excellente qualité. Une fois la visite terminée, nous nous dirigerons vers le château de Klis avant Split environ 1h30.
Construite dans les falaises calcaires à l'extérieur de Split, l'imposante forteresse de Klis (Tvrdava Klis) était autrefois un important bastion défensif entre la Méditerranée et les Balkans. Il a abrité le siège de nombreux rois croates, bien qu'il soit aujourd'hui mieux connu comme lieu de tournage de la ville fictive de Meereen dans la série Game of Thrones. Cette attraction que vous pouvez voir en 1h 30min. Après, nous devons conduire 30 minutes jusqu'au centre de Split.
Après Klis 30-45min, vous commencez la visite à Split Riva, la promenade de Split. Par la porte de la ville de bronze, vous entrez dans le sous-sol du palais. Les caves voûtées sont intactes et très bien conservées après plus de 1700 ans. Ensuite, vous passez à la partie sacrée du palais, le Perystil et la cathédrale, qui était autrefois le mausolée de Dioclétien. Le temple païen de Jupiter est devenu un baptistère au 7ème siècle. Vous longerez Cardo, l'ancienne rue principale du palais, et admirerez la Porte Dorée. Ensuite, vous pouvez déjeuner, prendre un café ou boire environ 2h45. Après cela, nous nous retrouvons au drop zone et retour à l'hôtel vers 2h30. De plus, si vous avez besoin d'un supplément, nous sommes flexibles pour que votre voyage soit parfait.

Mateo is so gracious and friendly. His car is very comfortable and he is a very safe and efficient driver. We made excellent time on the round trip and he was very flexible in timing so we could utilize our time how we wanted to. He’s given us terrific local tips for restaurants and local sights. If you’re doing a day trip to Split (or other activity) I highly recommend Mateo. He’s great with kids, and totally easy going.

Mateo was an excellent tour guide! He put together 2 personalized tours for our group. The first was to Perast and Kotor Montenegro from Dubrovnik. The second was from Dubrovnik to Split, going through Mostar and hitting many other great sights along the way. A highlight was the lunches he arranged for us both days! In Mostar we sat over looking the bridge at Terace Legaro. The food was amazing and the view is incredible. He had the best table in the place reserved for us ahead of time. His tours are well thought out and well planned. He even sends pictures at the end of the day. He is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Mateo was simply the best, he not only ensured we get to see so many amazing places, but kept the journey very comfortable, taking us through some of the most scenic paths, and at same time, explaining about the salient aspects of the place. He is well informed and an amazing sense of the entire region (not a single time, saw him using Google maps). We used his service while transiting from Dubrovnik to Split and on the way took us through the Botanical garden, Ston, Blagaj, Mostar, Kravice waterfalls. Would strongly recommend Mateo to anyone looking for a private taxi operator to travel across Croatia!!
