We were picked up exactly at the agreed time, the guide and the driver were super good and nice and the whole trip really good. I think we got a lot for the money and can only recommend others to go.
I had a wonderful day out with this tour company. It was a fun and full day. I especially enjoyed the catamaran journey and the opportunity to see the stunning landscape from that vantage point. The tour guide and staff were warm, friendly people with excellent interpersonal skills. I also really enjoyed the fresh Turkish pancakes made by the ladies just before boarding the catamaran. The waterfall was lovely to see and provided a great setting for photos. It was equally interesting to view the dam project in the region, particularly for those with an interest in environmental science. There was a stop at an animal sanctuary, which was okay, but I felt rather sad seeing the lions confined to large cages. That may be a personal perspective, as I have seen them in their natural habitat in the Mara. The day rounded off with a visit to an orange grove, but by then I was a little tired, so I remained on the coach. Lunch was delicious—simple but healthy—and the restaurant was set in beautiful surroundings, with views of the mountains and natural waterways.
Booked this trip which was meant to be with an English speaking guide and air conditioned bus. Pick up at 0830. Waited and nobody arrived or contacted us. We had to ring them and they said there were road closures and they would be an hour late. Eventually a bus turned up with a cracked windscreen and plastic side windows. No air con and a driver who couldn't speak English. We got ordered on and driven to a mosque where we tried to explain what we had booked. Half an hour later he put us on another bus which was slightly better but the focus language was German followed by English. The actual waterfall and boat trip were good however at each place they try and do hard sells at stalls so be aware of that and just say no. Food is included but wasnt served until 3pm and we got 20 minutes to eat it. It was bland and cold pasta and chicken with couscous. Prior to the meal they come around selling drinks at inflated prices. We were rushed out to go to the lion park which wasnt part of our trip but we felt this was to get some business for them. Then we got taken to an orange garden which was basically, just to sell bay tree oil to people. On the way back the driver drove past our hotel and dropped everyone off on the bus leaving us to be last off. They said they were late that morning because they started at the other side of Side but then proceeded to drop off from the other side..didnt make any sense at all and the guide never mentioned rhe road closures. All in all I wouldn't book with this company. If you want reliable trustworthy yours go elsewhere.
Pleasant trip to Manavgat a close by dam, with stops to see aqueduct. Additional entry fees to waterfall and ZOO. The boat trip on the dam was a highlight for me, beautiful views. There was a language barrier, which I hoped the guide will help with. I was very disappointed about the guide recommending the worst hamam to us and charging more than double in comparison to any other in the area. This certainly changed my view of the purpose of the excursion as well.
To look for another provider! Because while I was happy to take part to date, no pick-up on the given day and time for this pick-up. Worst explanation or information were not done to me either during the wait or afterwards! To check that the refund arrives but It will not even be full (exchange rate,)
Little nice tour, but the program has a few mandatory/optional undocumented upsells, like a stop at an animal sanctuary that is not listed on the program, and the entrance to the "waterfalls" which are little more than a 2m drop in a river. there is a boat tour but it's NOT in the green canyon, but on a green lake nearby, with an option to dive in the water. It's "ok", but I'd only consider it if you have already done the other stuff
What a fun day with lots of interesting places visited with a good driver & knowledgeable guide. Didn’t expect a lot for the price paid but far exceeded our expectations & would definitely recommend👍
We picked this tour partly to see Seleukia ancient ruins but we weren't taken there and when I asked guide why, they said they have been closed all year as they are excavating new finds. This was never mentioned at any time and is still in the itinerary advert. We only found out because I asked. Instead we were told we would be going to a zoo Manavgat Animal Park. It has the worst conditions of any we've been to anywhere in the world. Most animals looked ill or uncared for and lion cubs looked drugged so people could have photos holding them. Cages were too small or not suitable as most had concrete floors and no natural enrichment. My 15 year old autistic son who has done zookeeper courses in numerous zoos and wants to work with animals said he couldn't stand it any longer and we had to leave after about 20 minutes. I know different countries have different standards and regulations but everyone we spoke to on the trip said how distressing it was seeing the state of all the animals and how upsetting it was for them and especially their children. If Seleukia ruins are closed all year like we were told, the advert needs updating as do all the others advertising they visit Seleukia. I would also suggest they do not support the animal cruelty at the zoo by not including this and choosing somewhere else to take customers instead. Overall we enjoyed the rest of the tour but would not go again whilst you still support a zoo that doesn't put their animals welfare first.
Super good experience, lived up to our expectations. Good catering for lunch. Skillful tour guide
Great photos can be taken on this trip! The food is very tasty, sometimes the waiting times between the individual activities are a bit long, because then you wait for other groups, for example
