We had an amazing one-day safari as couple at Akagera! The game drive was filled with sightings of elephants, zebras, giraffes, and even lions. Amazing safari with a flexible company owner, Emmanuel from Universal Rwanda was good , caring and responding to all our needs, my husband and I planned the safari on last minutes and the guy was available for a simple call and agreed our request. Our purpose was to see the big five and we saw faux in big five which is not bad because we sow a variety of wild animals. We did a boat cruise in ihema lake which was a complimentary to our safari and form there we sow crocodiles,hippos and beautiful Birds. An unforgettable safari experience! Despite booking last minute, Emmanuel contacted me promptly with my drivers contact and pick up information which made everything seamless. John Bosco came bright and early and was an incredible guide! His kindness, deep knowledge, and skill in spotting animals made the tour exceptional. He was able to answer all my questions, take my photos, and even manage to keep in touch with other guides in the park to ensure we didn’t miss a single sighting. He even brought binoculars to ensure I could see the wildlife closer. This truly went above and beyond my expectations to make the day exceptional. We had a coffee stop on our way to the park, and lovely lunch that were a nice touch too!
