It is a tour conducted in small groups (in a van). They're looking for you at the hotel. I received the day before a thorough message from the operator with instructions, however I would like to have been notified about the rental of snow clothes and the entrance to the park Potrerillos.I had done the tour the same way and it was very good, but this information was missing.I am entering the park on 03/08/26: 25,000 ARS. I rented only the boots and paid 16,000 in cash.
Despite the snow, we were able to see beautiful places!
We went to Mendoza in a group of 6 friends. Based on internet indications we bought this tour through the Viator website. We considered the value very with, since the trip would be of a whole day and long distances (400 km in total). When we booked, we didn’t care that it would be the day of the 2022 World Cup final. When, a few days before the trip to Argentina passed the final, I imagined that we would have problems with the ride. I was wrong. To help, the day before there was the biggest snowfall in the last 20 years in the mountain range, which closed all the passages to the points where we were scheduled to pass. Again, I thought our walk would not happen. I was wrong again. Even though it was the day of the World Cup final with Argentina in the final and with all the weather factors playing against, the agency staff was there, at the scheduled time, ready to take us. They said that, unfortunately, and as always happens in the winter, the Aconcagua region was closed by snow, but they presented a plan B for the tour and everything was perfect!!! They took us to the starting points of the tour where we had access, then they took us to a region where we had contact with the snow and finally they took us to other wonderful points as an alternative. On the turn, the final game began and we all watched part of it inside the van on the cell phone. We arrived in time to watch much of the game at the hotel, unfortunately (or not... hehehehehe) Argentina did not take this time. Perfect ride even with everything playing against. I strongly recommend the agency. Committed and flexible. Delivering the promised with great competence!!!! Congratulations!!!
Unforgettable tour. Beautiful... although the mountain closed, for climate issues
The excursion was very complete, they were punctual at all times and adhered to the schedule. The landscapes are definitely worth it and Facundo the guide was exceptional!! We learned a lot from everything he told us. We recommend it without a doubt!!
The road map is amazing, the guide very prepared, but the experience was impaired by being in the back of the vehicle, without the possibility, at no time, to enjoy the wide windows of the other seats. As the journey is a fundamental part of the contemplative experience, all passengers should enjoy the same right. It would be interesting for the agency to seek a fairer alternative for everyone.
It was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had! Sensational to see the mountain range from so close, to step in the snow and see so much natural beauty. The Rocio Guide was sensational too!
Great walk, sorry there was no snow. The guide (Facundo) is great, even we do not speak Spanish. We just didn't like the loud music around, we were tired.
We loved it! Our guide, Fecundo, is wonderful—super attentive and responsible—and the good weather contributed to making the experience even better than expected. Really excellent.
it was an excellent experience that I would repeat without a doubt, the guide was very kind and patient as was the driver, an excellent agency.
