Although the updated location had been sent to you, we appreciate that a difference of around 200 metres can be stressful when you’re waiting for a tour to depart, and we’ll certainly take your comments on board. We’re also pleased that you enjoyed the many highlights of the tour, from Câmara de Lobos and the spectacular mountain scenery to the natural pools at Porto Moniz. Unfortunately, the rockfalls meant that we couldn’t visit one of the scheduled waterfall stops, but we’re glad that the alternative experiences still made for an enjoyable day. We’re very proud of our team, and it’s wonderful to know that you felt comfortable and reassured throughout the journey, particularly on Madeira’s challenging mountain roads.
