The tour was great. We wnet to a lot of places. The cable car ride was closed that day so we went with the chairlift instead. It was pretty good. The guide was very nice. He speaks 4 languages fluently and has in depth knowledge of the places. The lunch was OK.

Our tour was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! The itinerary was thoughtfully put together, giving us the chance to see all the key sights while still having the freedom to explore a bit on our own. Our guide was wonderfully knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely passionate, sharing captivating stories and insights that really brought each stop to life. The transport was comfortable, and everything ran like clockwork. We also really appreciated the local tips for where to eat and shop – they were spot on. Do not recommend anyone to book this. The tour guide Hamza was rude, unprofessional and racist to non-Arabic speakers. The tour specifically says English speaking guide yet he spoke at length in Arabic and ignored those of us who don't speak Arabic. At the beginning of the tour, he was discriminatory towards me and asked me to move my seat next to an Arabic speaking lady yet didn’t ask her at all to move and then began to shout and get rude and asked me to exit the bus. Made me feel uncomfortable the whole initial journey. Also, the itinerary is not as described, he first took us to a safari that was not mentioned in the booking details at all for which there was an extra charge. The tour guide was not helpful at all and held a vendetta against us the whole journey, he made my overall experience not pleasant.
Wonderful trip with stunning mountain views and fun stops along the way! My family and I had an amazing time throughout the tour. The cable car ride offered absolutely breathtaking views, and the included lunch was delicious! The ferry ride from Istanbul to Bursa was the cherry on top. Big shoutout to Mete, he was an outstanding tour guide! Super knowledgeable about the local history and incredibly accommodating the entire day. Highly recommend this tour!

We started our Bursa tour from Istanbul around 8 o’clock in the morning. It was a full-day tour and we got to cover many important places that every tourist should see in Bursa. Our guide, Erek, was really exceptional and very funny and also a good dancer. It was worth doing.

My bursa tour went quite well. It was a bit tiring because it’s a full day tour but I did what I booked it for so I think it was worth it. The pickup was on time, tour guide was very friendly and the lunch was also good. Overall, it was a worth doing experience.
