The driver showed up late and didn’t do a headcount and we arrived right on time and they were pulling away. They didn’t apologize
Wear comfortable shoes and whatever you like to eat during the day. Glasses, a raincoat if it looks like rain. Great tour to relax with nature in charming villages.
An excellent experience, 100% recommendable to leave the city and learn a bit more about beautiful places.
The bus arrived 15 min late , with no communication. It left all of us at the bus stop wondering when the bus would show up. Not suitable for families. We had a 1 year old with us. We booked the tour because it had clearly said in the description that infants are allowed , and they must be seated on the lap . The driver refused to board us and asked us for a booster seat for 1 year old and pay for seat , for the 1 year old who cannot sit on her own in the seat . When I showed him the tour description that said infants on lap , he said ok . It was raining during our trip and the bus did not have defrost / heater . The driver did not have visibility and had to stop the car for some time . We were really scared till we reached back .
I had a wonderful experience on this Viator tour of the Cotswolds visiting Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water, and Bibury. Each place was absolutely beautiful, full of charm, character, and fascinating history. The scenery was stunning throughout the day, and every stop felt unique and worth exploring. What truly made the tour exceptional was our guide, Flossy. As a local, she had an incredible knowledge of the Cotswolds and shared so many interesting details and stories about the three towns and the region itself. She was engaging, funny, and made the history come alive with her captivating storytelling. Her passion for the area was obvious and made the whole experience even more special. The entire day was very well organised, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. I came away feeling like I had truly experienced the beauty and history of the Cotswolds. Highly recommended!
Flossy, our tour guide was phenomenal! Her local knowledge made the tour one of our best experiences!
The excursion started on time and extended until 7 pm. We had time to tour each place, especially the last one where we could have lunch, walk and take pictures (unfortunately the villages are full of people) for 2 hs. The great guide, gave us a final surprise (we visited another place with history) and walked us down Notting Hill on returning to London.
