Excursion d'une journée complète à Cotswolds (de Londres)

The driver was 1/2 hour late. And didn’t even introduce himself or apologize. The Guide didn’t show up but driver didn’t tell us that until the second stop when I asked him if he was our guide because he as not talking to us at all or telling us anything about our journey. This should have been announced at the beginning so that people had the option to continue with the journey or get a refund. I signed up with get your guide so I could have a guide. If I wanted just a bus ride then I would have just taken a bus to the Cotswolds. I didn’t need him. He barely even announced what stop we were going to. He had zero personality and not very pleasant. I was with two others in my group and other people on the bus said that they were very confused as well because they were expecting a guide. I didn’t travel 1/2 around the world to just take a bus ride. I did so many tours with other companies in my 21 day trip across Europe and this was the only trip I was disappointed with. Absolutely horrible. And the way he was driving I was fearful for my life. Honking at other drivers and talking on the phone. It was clear he did not want to be there that day. I requested a refund of my trip because this is not what I signed up for and the company did not honor a refund. Just gave me a 20% off coupon for next time. There will not be a next time. Horrible customer service and I would not recommend to anyone. I posted a previous review for this on the get your guide site but they only post positive reviews so no one will be able to see the review. I will be reporting this company to the business bureau. This will not end here. This is a picture of the bus driver sitting on top of other vehicles on the highway. Very unsafe driving.

There was no tour guide, just a man who drove the bus. He seemed to know very little about what he was supposed to do.

Beautiful scenery with a lots of walks although our staying in each village was short. The bus really needs improvement: no plugs for charging phones and tyres burned down and took two hours to change it. The tour guide and driver saved the day by still managing the tour.

Bus was late for pick up at the beginning of the trip and between stops. There didn’t seem to be enough time for each location since there was 3 towns.

Not much to say as trip didn't happen due to the operator not providing a road worthy vehicle twice! Not a great start as half an hour late at pick up, with no apology or explanation, then having finally left Paddington, the driver the coach was not safe, and we had to wait for a replacement for 45 minutes. We then made our way to a service station near Oxford, where we then informed that the second coach wasn't safe either! We then had to wait for another replacement to come up from London, which took another two hours. So a wasted day. One coach is bad luck, two reeks of incompetence. This was booked through Viator and I have given them feedback because the supplier impacts on their reputation,

The guide and the driver have been very nice and the three villages lovely to visit. We have been lucky with the weather so great experience!

Great experience! That's worth the journey. Comfortable transportation. Friendly and polite guides. Provided good information during the journey to keep us updated. The Cotswolds are absolutely breathtaking.

Wear comfortable shoes and whatever you like to eat during the day. Glasses, a raincoat if it looks like rain. Great tour to relax with nature in charming villages.

An excellent experience, 100% recommendable to leave the city and learn a bit more about beautiful places.
