Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre hôtel à Cusco et nous dirigerons vers la gare d'Ollantaytambo, où nous monterons à bord du train. Nous arriverons à Aguas Calientes, où notre guide nous attendra et nous prendrons un bus pour le complexe archéologique de Machu Picchu. Vous profiterez d'une visite guidée d'environ 3 heures à travers le site archéologique de Machu Picchu avec notre guide expert, explorant les zones les plus importantes et découvrant son histoire fascinante. Après la visite guidée, vous disposerez de suffisamment de temps libre pour explorer le site par vous-même, prendre des photos et profiter de la vue imprenable.
Nous reprendrons le bus pour Aguas Calientes. Nous reprendrons le train pour Ollantaytambo. À notre arrivée à Ollantaytambo, notre transport nous attendra pour nous ramener à Cusco, où nous vous déposerons à votre hôtel. Vous serez entouré d'histoire et de nature pendant deux heures, où nos guides professionnels vous fourniront des informations sur les différents sites et enclos, l'histoire et leur découverte, en plus de répondre aux questions sur la culture.

Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
Il est important de noter que certains lodges sont situés dans des zones où l'accès aux véhicules n'est pas autorisé. Pour que la prise en charge soit la plus organisée possible, nous demandons des détails sur l'hôtel où vous séjournez. Notre visite commence par une prise en charge à l'hôtel tôt le matin, à 5h30. Ensuite, notre transport d'entreprise nous amènera à la gare d'Ollantaytambo. De là, nous monterons à bord du train pour la ville d'Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu), avec une heure d'arrivée approximative à 9h30. Ensuite, nous prendrons le bus jusqu'au complexe archéologique de Machu Picchu, où nous profiterons d'une visite guidée de plus de 2 heures avec un guide professionnel, visitant les zones les plus importantes. Nous aurons suffisamment de temps pour prendre des photos et profiter de cette merveille du monde. Après la visite, nous reprendrons le transport jusqu'à la ville d'Aguas Calientes. Plus tard, nous monterons à bord du train pour retourner à la gare d'Ollantaytambo, où notre moyen de transport nous attendra avec nos noms pour nous ramener à la ville de Cusco et nous déposer à l'hôtel.

We scheduled the tour in Spanish, and that same day they asked us if we understood English and conducted the tour in English because the entire group was from the U.S. The train ticket was also very expensive, and my sister and I ended up in separate seats. They told us it was fine to change seats there, but the train was full, so it wasn't possible. The van was very uncomfortable; the seats could not recline, and it was very uncomfortable since it was many hours of travel.
This was my 4th trip to Machu Pichu and I was fairly disappointed. We flew 9hrs from the US, took a plane from Lima to Cusco, then took a 2hr bus ride that was bumpy as hell, then a two hour train ride, then the bus ride up the mountain.... all of this to be told that we only had 2:30 hours to walk around circuit 1. We could walk around the ruins themselves really because we only had circuit 1 tickets and not circuit 2... I wish the tour company had been much more communicative about all of the restrictions and limitations ahead of time. They didn't offer to get tickets for circuit 1 &2, they didn't even mention how the circuit system worked. I believe that if is in the best interest of these tour companies to explain this system to the customer as soon as the tickets are purchased rather than the day before, or the day of the tour.
We just came back for our trip. Everything was perfect and smooth since the moment we were picked up at our hotel until the drop off When we arrived to Aguas Calientes, Miguel our tour guide Miguel was waiting for us. Miguel was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, super nice, patient and an excellent photographer. He explained everything about the beautiful Machu Picchu and made us feel entertained. We really enjoyed and recommend this trip.
Extraordinary place. Only after the visit is it possible to understand how the beauty, harmony and energy of the place inspired and propelled the Inca civilization. Our guide Noah was wonderful in contextualizing history, philosophy, always inviting us to contemplate the place, with an appropriate pace in conducting the visitation, and always acting with a lot of enthusiasm.

Went to Machu Picchu with my boyfriend but also made a new friend through the tour we booked since the 3 of us were together from start to finish. We had a fabulous tour guide, Noé. Not only was he knowledgeable about the history of the grounds but he was able to share his own personal experiences. Additionally, he was our part-time photographer and was able to help with the poses! My boyfriend & I got engaged and he gave us the most beautiful authentic blessing. Noé really made the experience that much better, considering the views are to die for =)
