Cette visite privée est le meilleur moyen d'explorer les lieux cachés du parc archéologique de Sacsayhuaman, cet endroit impressionnant est situé à 15 minutes de la ville de Cusco. Toutes les visites régulières ne prennent que quelques minutes pour visiter uniquement les grands murs, mais il faut près de 3 à 4 heures pour visiter ce parc archéologique dans le bon sens, il y a beaucoup d'endroits cachés où les touristes ne vont pas régulièrement façon, par exemple le "Balcon du Diable" (grottes faites par les incas), le "Temple de la Lune" un ancien temple inca utilisé pour les rituels de fertilité, le "Visage Inca" une forme naturelle sur la nature qui était considérée comme sacrée par Les Incas. Si vous aimez explorer et apprendre d'une manière curieuse sur les incas, c'est la meilleure option pour vous ! .

Booked reservations on line and paid $370 . I received an email a few hours later telling me that my booked and confirmed reservations were canceled and that I should expect a refund on my credit card within several days . If I wanted to place a hold on my card I would have done it myself . Terrible business practice to pull money out of my card and then quickly cancel the reservation. Cusco is beautiful, but this has placed a negative thought on our experience . With tourism only 60% of 2019, I would think all businesses would do whatever possible to provide a great experience for the tourist. Non smart at all.

Lee Pitts & Mrs. Madeleine Herrera: The situation with you was the next: you booked at 15:12 pm on Fri July 2, 2022, Since we were full for your travel date (Sunday July 3, 2022), We have cancelled the tour one hour later from your booking time (16:19 pm on Fri july 2, 2022). We explained on a very polite way that we were not having spaces for the tour, and we issued a refund, we also informed you that the money will be on your account on the next hours or will take maximum 48 hours. (we did not take any cent from your money, we processed the 100% refund). all that was explained but then you wrote us, trying to force us to provide the tour at any cost. We are an honest and very hard work company, we honor to all our customers with a clear and truth information. At this case, you got upset because we were not having the spaces for your last minute booking, we cannot provide the services if there is not availability in our operations, would be easy for us to just take your booking and put you with other company with maybe a lower quality and take a commission, but that is not the way we work, we are always trying to give our best for all our customers. I understand you got upset, but you as a CEO of CONEY PARK, should understand that we cannot play with the quality of our services, if we cannot provide something, we will inform that and you are free to choose other company or other activity, especially considering that your booking was a last minute booking. We could understand if the booking would have been done with more than 24 hours, but this is not the case. About your last phrase “With tourism only 60% of 2019, I would think all businesses would do whatever possible to provide a great experience for the tourist. Non smart at all.” yes. We are at the 60% of tourism compared to 2019, and we would not do “Whatever” possible to provide the tour, (that is a very rude way to do business, on the other hand, we have the philosophy to do our best for our customers not “whatever” possible). We would like to invite to all our customers to come with us, to have the most honest experience and the enjoy the effort and passion that we put on our small family business. We just want to invite to all our customers to trust on us and to experience our small local family business with no fears, we are going to be always ready to have fun with you!. About Mr. R Lee Pitts & Mrs. Madeleine Herrera, we would like to invite them to be fair with people, to thing on the damage they can do to small business just because they do not have what they want “Whenever” they want! We had an amazing trip! It was a full day packed with attractions, very well organized, and great value for money. The tour guide (Holger) was extremely professional and friendly. You can tell that the guides care about the quality of the tour and are passionate about their work. The tour is completely private, it was only my husband and myself on the trip. The horse ride takes about 3 hours and it’s beautiful, going through mountains and valleys, off the beaten track. The only thing I’d say that is worth keeping in mind is that if you’re not feeling too confident with horses you might find this ride a little frightening. Other parts of the tour included a short and easy hike to Moray and Maras, lunch at the beautiful restaurant (buffet style), and visiting the amazing textile district.
Holger went absolutely above and beyond. He is fast to respond via whatsapp. His paso horses are well trained and well taken care of. They were a real treat, i'm very glad to have been able to experience the paso llano gait. He was also able to provide everyone in our group with a fantastic experience despite a wide range of riding experiences. He was extremely knowledgeable about the places we visited. Despite there being many tour groups at the sites, he took us to all the cool hidden spots and viewpoints that the other guides didnt know about. His ranch has been in his family for generations. i'm extremely glad to be able to support a local family business. Thank you Holger!
