It was a long but enjoyable day trip from Cebu to Bohol. Connie, our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure all the points in our itinerary were covered. The highlight was seeing the cute tarsiers!
Thank you for enjoying the tour. We will gladly relay to Connie your kind words.
So for the 16,000 pesos for 2 people to go they pick you up almost 2 hours before the ferry. Drop you there to find your way to there. Once in bohol you get in a car. The guy drives you to a church, then each on the list. You get roughly 15 minutes at each place. Then driven back to the port. It says guided tour but you might as well just rent a car and do it yourself.... dont forget its an extra 900php for a gas surcharge and then port fees ontop. Then of course gotta tip your "guide" i can rent a house for a month for this price. Id say just do this one on your own. I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone.
Hello Sir. We are sorry for how you feel. We will check with our team. Thank you.
Well organized, great drivers in Cebu and Bohol, wonderful tour guide Angie. However, the cost is way too high what what we see, missed manmade forest due to time constraints. After we talked about this tour with other travelers at the ferry, we paid way too much. Consider using other tour operators, locals or arrange from the hotels
Hello. Thank you for your review. We will check with our team why you missed making a stop at the man-made forest when. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I had a great time while travelled solo with Viator. As the only tourist in the group, the guide (Connie) showed her professions and treated me as a group. The arrangement, explanation, introduction, etc. all made me felt well respected. I dad a good day and happy time.
Thank you Mam. We are happy to read your comments and will share them to Connie. We look forward to having you again.
We are glad we did this excursion from Cebu as seeing the Philippines Tarsier was a real treat. The Chocolate Hills were also beautiful. The river cruise was different...very "touristy" feeling. We also visited a statue and an old church. I do feel like the tour was rushed and maybe shouldn't try to see so many things in a 6 hour period...we would have been happy to skip the statue and the church to have a more relaxed time at the other sites.
Hello! Thank you for your review. Despite the rushed feeling you shared, I hope the tour was delivered satisfactorily. We look forward to having you back. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
I decided on this tour because they provided round trip ferry trip. The tour guide was awesome. He was very informative about the island as well as the destinations. And we had a good tour group. I am old and have issues with climbing stairs. the only thing I had to sit back on was at the Chocolate Hills. I took one look at the observation point and the 222 steps to the top and I knew I was staying behind to view the area from down below an there was plenty to see and photograph from there. I really enjoyed the Tarsier exhibit, so little so ugly yet so cute. I hope the efforts being taken help to keep these little guys from going Extinct. The Loboc river cruise was fun and the food was good. This is where our guide worked for his meal, joining in dancing and singing with the onboard entertainment. He really made it fun. It wasn't on our list of stops but we did find time to stop along the road and talk about the Man Made Forest. It was interesting to hear the story. Now being from California and living in and around Redwood forests I know what forests look like but this was equally impressive. Oh and we have man made forests as well. The ferry ride was good, of course business class seats as an option would have been nice.
Hello! We truly appreciate your comments and your visible enthusiasm with your narration. We look forward to having you back. There is more to explore in Cebu and Bohol. Thank you.
We had an excellent experience on the Bohol Day Tour. Our guide, Elmer, was personable, knowledgeable, and FUN! As well, our driver, drove safely yet delivered us from location to location quickly. The sights themselves were very interesting and we had adequate time at each to satisfy our curiosity. We were never rushed nor did we get bored at a location. The total length of time spent on the tour was perfect and we were back at our hotel in Cebu in time for an 8:00PM dinner.
Thank you Duke! Your nice comments are highly appreciated. We look forward to having you again.
It's called Bohol, so I wanted to come. Clean and taste good. It looks delicious. Friendly and came right without weating.. Strap...
