Un bel endroit pour la randonnée, Johnston Canyon est une gorge profonde et étroite avec des cascades sur ses parois rocheuses. Le sentier suit le chemin du canyon, menant aux chutes Lower et Upper Falls. Il est particulièrement époustouflant à l’automne lorsque les feuilles prennent des couleurs éclatantes, ou en hiver lorsque les cascades gèlent en sculptures de glace. Le lac Emerald, situé dans le parc national Yoho, est connu pour ses eaux vertes saisissantes, créées par le ruissellement riche en minéraux des montagnes environnantes. Également situé dans le parc national Yoho, le pont naturel est une superbe formation rocheuse où la rivière Kicking Horse a creusé un pont de pierre. Initially I was debating whether we should book the tour or just drive ourselves. Decided to book and it was absolutely the right choice. Didn't have to worry about parking at any of the lakes, which looked like the nightmare (Moraine Lake cant even drive your own car, have to take a shuttle). Or driver, Aashish was also awesome. He knew the area well, got us around in a safe manner, was punctual and always willing to help out with the pictures at the best spots. Thanks Aashish! The group was pretty small, we had about 20 ppl on the bus which made it even better. The only thing is the seating on the smaller shuttles was a bit tight (Im 6'2, 230lbs), so if you are of a bigger statute, try to grab a front seat for more leg room.
Aashish helped make our trip to Banff, the Three Iconic Lakes, and Johnston Canyon a memorable experience. Although there was a small issue with our pickup, we were satisfied with the tour itself and appreciated Aashish's service. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with Viator's customer service when we tried to figure out the pickup problem. Based on this experience, I would never assume that a third-party booking service has processed your reservation correctly. Be sure to double-check all the details in your booking confirmation to avoid similar issues.

Wonderful packed full itinerary. Asheesh was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! He especially enjoyed being the trip photographer. He was conscientious of time and clear with expectations at each stop. We’re so happy that Asheesh was our tour guide. The only negative experience was the mayhem in the parking lot. There was not enough parking, too many people, too many different travel companies, and no way to find our designated driver.

Our tour was fabulous, well organized, easy pickup and friendly and helpful driver Kulvinder. Having a tour is well worth it as parking your own vehicle at these beautiful locations is very difficult and time consuming. Highly recommend this tour!

Our guide was Aashish who was a great guide and helped make the experience at the lakes very enjoyable . He explained what was happening when we got to the lakes , clear instructions when to be back , took us on some of the hikes and took photos for us while sharing his knowledge of the area . He was also great at spotting the wildlife while driving we even got to see a bear . Highly recommend using Aashish and Matrix

We had great weather that day, the van was comfortable and not crowded. The mountain scenery and lakes were unimaginable. Naveen our guide and driver, was keen, patient, knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with. He made sure everyone was comfortable. He explained the sights well. We had an almost 3hr delay due to an incident along the highway, he kept our spirits high. Thank you for a memorable day.

Excellent tour of Emerald Lake, Lake Moraine, Lake Louise, and Johnston Canyon! Our guide (Kul Vendor) was very knowledgeable and kept everything on schedule. He was friendly to us and voluntarily took our photos and at a couple of locations. He pointed out wildlife along the way and even made an unscheduled stop near Castle Mountain for a photo opp.
