Day trip, it was a lovely place to visit, absolutely loved the Kravice waterfalls and we got 1.5 hrs and we could have spent more time there as by the time we walked down and had a swim there was no time left to have a drink. Mostar was very busy with tourists. Lovely little stalls everywhere. Tina our guide was very good at keeping us informed and punctual. The trip due to border control delays ended up been nearly a 14 hour day.
It was a great experience overall. I loved the sense of humor and straightforwardness of the our guide, Valentina. The bridge is beautiful and the waterfalls were amazing. Will definitely book with this company again.
The long bus ride is comfortable and worth the trip to the falls. Sleep if can on the way there (06:00 pickup!) There is a quick pit stop after the border crossing . Bring Euro. Cards aren’t accepted everywhere in Bosnia. Get lunch in Mostar after the city tour. The Falls are amazing. Cold water but very refreshing. Travelled with our 17 and 20 year olds and they loved the photo ops. Our guide Valentina was awesome. Strict schedule but it helped avoid lines at the border and she had a good sense of humor. Our driver (Zora?) was great as well.
We started really early so we were the first to get on the border, so it took less than 30 minutes. The drive to Mostar took about 1:30h and the city is really charming, with Otoman Empire influence. Lots of history, gift shops and restaurants. We had 3 hours in the city which included a 40m tour with a local guide, who explained about Bosnia and Mostar. After that we had the time for ourselves, and although we could spend a couple of hours more there, it was ok and it is expected on a day trip to other country. Kravica waterfalls were beautiful, but crowded and 1:30h is a bit rushed for a swim, but again, expected. The meeting point for us in Lapad was perfect, less then 5min on foot from where we are staying. The bus was confortable, the guide clear on instructions and gave some background on the way. Definitely worth it.
I liked vey much. I went with my boyfriend and we spent 3 hours knowing about Bih culture, shopping souvenirs, having lunch local food (it was amazing) and more 1h 30 min at the waterfall.
Had a lovely day trip out to Mostar and Kravice waterfalls with Tina the amazing guide from Rock Tours agency! The tour bus also picked us up really close to the accommodation making it easy for us and ensured the tour got to the border nice and early!
We had a great day out visiting Mostar and Kravice waterfalls. Our guide valentina was superb trying to ensure all travellers had the best time and ensuring we kept to a time frame to ensure smooth entry and exit at border. Mostar has lots of shops and restaurants and the walking tour was very informative. Proper shoes are a must as cobbled streets. Waterfalls looked amazing and recommend walking back via the road as you get a great view of the waterfalls as you walk up and much easier than the stairs. Great day.
Great day trip from Dubrovnik. Communication from the team and pick-up instructions was excellent. Our guide, Valentina, was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Mostar has a beautiful old town, with an impressive bridge, the local tour guide in taught us a lot about the area's history. The waterfalls were a much welcomed break on a very hot day. Make sure to take cash with you for the entry to the waterfall and spending in Mostar, cards are not widely accepted Would definitely book with this agency again
Wonderful day trip to Mostar and Kravica Waterfalls! The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and everything was well organized from start to finish. A special thank you to our tour guide, Valentina, for sharing so much interesting history and local knowledge, and to our driver for getting us safely and comfortably to each destination. Both were friendly, professional, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour!
