Votre aventure commence tôt le matin, nous vous recommandons donc de passer une bonne nuit de repos la veille. Notre chauffeur viendra vous chercher entre 3h30 et 4h00 à votre hébergement à Cusco (l'horaire exact peut varier en fonction de la disponibilité du train). Nous ferons un trajet confortable en bus à travers la Vallée Sacrée jusqu'à Ollantaytambo, une charmante ville entourée de paysages andins impressionnants. le billet d'entrée au Machu Picchu est inclus et garanti si réservé au moins deux mois à l'avance; sinon, nous offrons des options alternatives comme l'obtention d'un billet physique à Aguas Calientes.
À la gare d'Ollantaytambo, vous monterez à bord d'un train pittoresque jusqu'à Aguas Calientes (ville de Machu Picchu). Ce voyage d'une heure et demie offre une vue imprenable sur la rivière Urubamba, les forêts de nuages luxuriantes et les montagnes imposantes. Une introduction parfaite à l'expérience magique à venir.
Une fois arrivé à Aguas Calientes, notre équipe sera là pour vous accueillir et vous aider à monter dans la navette pour Machu Picchu.

This company was very helpful in guiding me to be able to go to Machu Picchu, as it was my first time, and I wasn’t 100% sure how to get there on my own. This is not exactly a tour, it’s more of a guidance service. There was a bit of lack of communication on their part when it came to the hotel for the first night, as well as I did not receive the dinner that was supposed to be included in the extra amount I paid. They do charge $50 extra if you don’t already have a ticket, as well as if you want a better train on the way back to Cusco. Other than that, the tour guide they chose for me at the top of Machu Picchu was amazing. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and very personable.
We were scammed! Besides, the excursion was for one day and ended up being two because they kept the money and set up a different excursion. It also didn't include the tickets and we had to pay the guide 50 extra dollars
The tour, in general, was well organized. However, I was dissatisfied with the organization of the return to Cusco. During the guidance meeting I made it clear that I would like to come back as soon as possible, provided that this would not involve additional costs. After the meeting, I confirmed this request in writing to avoid any doubt. Nevertheless, my return was only scheduled for 20:20. With this, I had to stay for many hours in Aguas Callientes after the visit to Machu Picchu, and the city offers few attractions to occupy this time. In my opinion, this choice could have been better planned, mainly because my preference had been communicated in advance. There were two schedule options: 14:00 and 19:00.
They fulfilled all the agreement with traibs, bus, hotel, guide. If you want to sleep in silence, you better don't choose la Virgen del Carmen. I am very happy I decided to do this activity because of all the Inca cultural heritage I have learned, even some words.
Machu Picchu is a must visit place on the earth because of its highly rich culture and civilisation. its high altitude make us feel very good in terms of good climate. at aleast we need to spend 3-5 days over there.
We booked 10 months in advance. The company failed to secure tickets for all 7 of us, only got 6. They told us that it was all arranged for that person to use a different circuit and sneak through. That didn't work. So she had to do a different circuit by herself. No one seemed to care much. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
WARNING!!!! Think you have tickets to Machu Picchu, guess again. This listing is not very clear at all. It hints that you will have tickets to enter Machu Picchu, but in fact you will get a ride to Aguas Calientes to wait 6 to 8 hours in line at the Ministry of Tourism to buy entry tickets. AND, those tickets may be for 2 days out, so be prepared for to stay there a couple nights. Nixon and associates do not want to communicate with you on the Viador or any other 3rd party messaging system where they are overseen. They will ask that you contact them via Whatsapp for a meeting where they will ask you for an extra $75 per person or more. I paid this and still did not have tickets to Machu Picchu. DO NOT PAY!! Contact Viator and ask for a refund. Only go along if you have plenty of extra days and do not mind staying. My advise it to buy your tickets from the government website 6 months out to get your tickets. Then book your own train tickets and your own taxi from Cusco and then book the shuttle for the last part to Machu Picchu. I am sorry I did not do this and trusted this company. We came all the way to Peru and Cusco and missed Machu Picchu.
We booked a Machu Picchu tour and there was a slight issue with obtaining tickets due to changing policies. However, Nixon was very accommodating and was able to change our booking to a tour of Sacred Valley and a tour of Rainbow Mountain. It was a wonderful experience! Clever was a great tour guide and our expectations were met! We had a lot of fun during both tours!! One of my favorite things was hiking Rainbow Mountain and trying alpaca meat at the top!! And one of my friend's favorite things was learning about the Inca history from the 5 destinations in Sacred Valley.
