Appel à tous les amoureux de la nature! Vous n’avez pas beaucoup de temps à Cusco mais vous voulez quand même visiter le paysage Humantay / Salkantay? Pas de problème! Nous avons conçu cette excursion d’une journée remplie de vues imprenables sur de magnifiques montagnes aux sommets enneigés, des vallées verdoyantes et, bien sûr, sur le lac sacré Incan Humantay. Mieux encore, nous arrivons avant la foule, nous avons donc l'endroit pour nous tous seuls! Pourquoi visiter l'Amérique du Sud? -Ce circuit est une aventure privée ou de 6 petits groupes. -Nous nous connectons avec les communautés. -Profitez de la gastronomie locale! Déjeuner buffet péruvien.

Itinéraire
Durée: journée complète - 3h30 à 16h00 Distance: 3.5h de marche (aller-retour) Dénivelé: 3920m - 4.200m (13.779ft) Difficulté: Modérée À 3h30, votre guide de montagne VSA et notre chauffeur viendront vous chercher à votre hôtel. La première étape de la journée sera à Mollepata pour prendre le petit déjeuner afin de faire le plein d'énergie. Après un petit déjeuner léger, nous continuerons notre route jusqu’à Soraypampa à 3920m.a.s.l. Ici, vous aurez l'occasion de faire connaissance avec le Sky Camp, situé en face des majestueux Salkantay et Humantay, enneigés. Après un bref repos, nous nous préparerons pour commencer la randonnée jusqu'au sommet du sentier, en traversant de magnifiques paysages entourés d'un complexe de montagnes. Vous serez sûrement impressionné par la vue panoramique sur le lac turquoise à 4200 mètres d'altitude. 13779 (ft) près d'un glacier renversant. Préparez-vous à prendre des tonnes de photos! Après avoir pris des photos et pris un bain de glace, nous retournerons à l’endroit où notre personnel nous attendra pour le déjeuner. Notre transport nous attendra pour notre retour à Cusco vers 17 heures environ.

It was undoubtedly a wonderful experience. Our tour guide Tony and the Driver were excellent, super friendly and attentive to us all the time, I highly recommend them. This was our last adventure of our 8 day stay in Peru and what a way to finish our trip. It was a long drive to get there but boy was it worth it! We had a chef who prepared a lovely breakfast before we headed out (omelette, bread/jam, fresh avocado). Our amazing tour guide Tony filled us in what to expect as we would be ascending to nearly 14,000 ft elevation. We hiked about 30 minutes and then had the option to take guided horses up the majority of the hike - great option for my family as my kids don’t love hiking! It was a BEAUTIFUL hike to the turquoise lake. We also got to see condors flying about on 2 occasions - incredible! As my family rested and ate some snacks, I climbed up further to get a glimpse of the view away from the other people…. Magnificent, highly recommend. After our hike down, our chef has prepared the most delicious lunch for us (soup, salad, chicken, potatoes). Bring money to use the bathrooms at base camp.
The Hunantay experience was fascinating, from the early pickup and the attendance on boarding, bringing us some sheets. Amilcar the guide was super friendly and patient to explain every detail & stories. I'm also happy because we arrived to Humantay Lake early avoiding crowds. The food by th Cheff Martín was delicious, we enjoyed. I recommend this full day experience!
I loved the experience! Since they picked us up on time, we got into the van and there were warm blankets for each of us! A very simple detail but one that I had never seen on any other tour. We only went with 5 people, the transport was comfortable and the guide, driver and chef were friendly and very professional. The breakfast was very good, with fruits and light foods. We arrived at the lagoon before the hundreds of tourists, so we were able to enjoy the view and the silence of being in such a wonderful place like this. We returned from trekking and had lunch, the chef prepared a special dish for me, who is vegetarian, it was delicious! I loved the experience, I highly recommend it.
Did both Humantay Lake and Palccoyo Mountain day trips, and they were great! Loved having a private tour guide. At the lake Rosbel suggested we take horses up instead of hiking - what a great idea and adventure! We got to the top early, he brought us up to a higher level rock outcropping, and we were able to get amazing pictures with virtually no other people around. Our Palccoyo Mountain trip was the same way - our guide brought us to the top via a different route than most of the visitors, and it gave us views that were unbelievable! Hilton and team were great to work with, and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.
Early pickup time so we were one of the first groups to the Lake which was priceless. Our guide was very knowledgeable and climbed at my friend and my pace. Great experience, highly recommend this company for you tour needs !
Every aspect of the trip was spot on. Mike was amazingly friendly and had the most helpful insights and photo taking skills. The couple was super cool. The driver was kind and drove better than most of my shuttle/bus drivers I’ve experienced in Peru. The food was spot on. And the location was sooo beautiful. Thank you again so much for this great experience.
An amazing place!! The landscapes of zoraypampa are wonderful and unique on the way to Lake Humantay. Even though the hike is hard but every step is worth it, just arrive and feel the good vibes that this magical place gives you, the tour starts very early, this is to reach the lagoon and be the first, breakfast and lunch are buffet, recommended 100% thank you visit south America!!!
Highly recommend this private tour of Humantay lake. We woke up at 330 to be picked up. We drove and got brekfast at a peaceful spot for sunrise then went to Humantay Lake. There were hardly any others there- we had the most peaceful and tranquil time. Although the hike was hard, Maike made it so fabulous and great. he is the best photographer around!!! As we went down around 11 am, we saw hoards of people and we were so grateful that we went so early on the recommendation of Visit South America. Cant say better things about this trip!
