Embarquez pour une visite inoubliable vers la véritable pointe du continent africain où les 2 océans se rencontrent officiellement. Découvrez à l'avance une petite colonie reproductrice de manchots africains et dégustez également les vins de climat frais primés d'Afrique du Sud dans la région viticole de Hemel n Arder. Explorez une ville morave sauvage des années 1820 appelée Elim et profitez de nombreuses opportunités de photos pendant que nous traversons l'extrême côte sud du pays lors de cette visite. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un long trajet en voiture, la visite du Cap Agulhas est beaucoup plus une expérience authentique avec une sensation moins touristique pour ceux qui recherchent un tel marché de niche. L'utilisation d'un véhicule privé confortable est également garantie.

Betty's Bay est une ville côtière située à une heure à l'est du Cap. C'était une station baleinière à la fin des années 1800. Plus tard, il est devenu plus connu pour son résident inhabituel : le manchot africain ! Les pingouins se sont installés sur la plage de Stoney Point au début du 20e siècle. Cela a fait de Stoney Point l'une des 2 colonies de manchots du continent. Les clients auront un peu de temps pour se promener le long de la plage des pingouins et voir les pingouins de près.
Ce serait une injustice de traverser l'une des meilleures régions viticoles du pays et de ne pas s'arrêter. Le Hemel n Aarde (région viticole est à la fois proche de la mer et à une altitude plus élevée que les vignobles du Cap. C'est le climat parfait pour le cépage de climat frais. Cela signifie des vins subtils, une acidité vive, un corps plus léger, et des saveurs de fruits éclatantes.La vallée est capable de produire certains des meilleurs vins de pinot noirs et de chardonnay du pays.Votre expérience de dégustation de vins à Hamilton Russell ne vous décevra pas.
Après l'expérience de dégustation de vin, la visite se poursuivra vers Hermanus. Une ville côtière pittoresque qui est également la capitale de l'observation des baleines en Afrique du Sud. Les baleines peuvent être aperçues ici depuis le sentier des baleines le long des rives entre les mois de juin et novembre de chaque année. Hermanus est également connue pour être l'une des villes gastronomiques d'Afrique du Sud et vous pourrez y déjeuner avant de poursuivre la visite vers le sud-est en direction d'Elim.
Du Cap Agulhas, notre voyage nous mènera à travers un village pittoresque appelé Elim. Elim a été créé en 1824 par des colons allemands. C'était la 3ème station morave près du Cap et très peu de choses ont changé au fil des ans. Des rangées de cottages blanchis à la chaux et au toit de chaume bordent les rues de ce charmant village. Et toutes les rues bordées de figuiers mènent à l'église ! Les clients auront le temps de se promener et de visiter la petite roseraie de la ville.
3 heures Au sud-est de Cape Town City se trouve la pointe la plus méridionale du continent africain : Cape Agulhas. C'est ici que l'océan Indien chaud entre en collision avec l'Atlantique glacial. Le littoral accidenté abrite plus de 21 000 oiseaux des zones humides et marins de différents types. Le Serengeti des mers, nommé en raison de sa vie marine diversifiée, fait également partie du royaume floral du Cap. Le royaume floral le plus riche du monde ! Environ 2000 espèces végétales différentes résident dans cette zone et plus de 100 sont endémiques. Pendant que nous sommes ici, vous aurez amplement le temps d'explorer les plaines côtières. Vous pouvez également visiter le phare du Cap Agulhas ; le deuxième plus ancien d'Afrique du Sud. Une promenade jusqu'au sommet du phare offre une vue plongeante sur la ville et le musée en bas.

This is a great tour exploring the cape outside of Cape Town. It is a long tour, but our guide, Danson, tailored the day to our liking. We were able to skip places that were not of interest to us and enjoy more time at other places. Danson is very knowledgeable about the entire area and made the long drives feel much shorter with his informative description of each place and its history. If you have time, I’d highly recommend this tour and Danson as your guide. He really made experience very enjoyable.

The trip to Cqpe Agulhas was PERFECT. Well curated with adequate time to have lunch, spend time to see penguins, walk along the beach, climb the lighthouse. Our guide Peter was AMAZING! knowledgeable about not just the tour but also Cape town and South Africa as a whole. He was engaging but not overwhelming. Even with my teenage children. Very professional. My interaction with Pauline was very professional, she answered all my questions and enquiries. I would highly recommend this tour with this company.
