Charyn Canyon est l'une des attractions naturelles les plus impressionnantes du Kazakhstan. Vous admirerez ses falaises grandioses, ses gorges et ses formations rouge vif créées par la nature il y a des millions d'années. En plus de la Vallée des Châteaux, vous apprécierez des endroits tels que : la rivière Charyn, le Black and Moon Canyon.
C'est un lac d'une beauté étonnante, entouré de montagnes et de forêts de pins. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez faire un tour du lac en bateau ou en catamaran. Il y a aussi un café où vous pouvez déjeuner. Le menu comprend pilaf, lagman, manti, shish kebab et salades.
L'eau ici, en raison de sa pureté, est presque invisible, et le paysage environnant avec des montagnes et des prairies verdoyantes complétera le charme de ce lieu. Nous nous rendrons au lac depuis le village en véhicules UAZ et, à votre demande, sur des chevaux avec des escortes expérimentées.

The trip is well-organised. It started really on time at the gathering point, then we followed the planned itinerary and had great experience with the magnificant scenery of Almaty. Our guide Nus is very active and takes care of attendees very well. It is very worthy.

Very comprehensive tour of canyon and lakes, a full day. Be prepared for long drives between Almaty and the attractions, plus some fairly strenuous walks, especially if the weather is hot. Tour guide was very friendly and gave commentary at each attraction, plus some adhoc singalongs (not compulsory!) Highlights were the Charyn Canyon and Kaindy Lake. One thing to note; our driver was quite aggressive in driving style (this might be a general Kazakh thing), so do buckle up.
It was a seemingly hard tour from early morning to night, but I was not that tired because I could sleep on the bus. Although it was a full day, it was very good to see the highlights efficiently. I was worried about my physical strength because I was not used to walking, but I had no problem because I had free time at each of the attractions and the guide would show me "a gutsy walking course" and "an easy course". It was a very fun day, getting to know everyone on the tour!
