Excursion d'une journée au Caire depuis le port d'Alexandrie

This was a wonderful additional tour to our time in Egypt. Adam, our guide, was excellent and knowledgeable. We were a little confused as our bus driver was an hour late and did not speak English. And Adam did not join our group until we reached the other side of Cairo. But everything worked out. And it was safe and very interesting. Our bus driver was amazing, because I could never drive in all of that traffic. I also appreciated the fact that he drove right up to the sites which meant we didn’t have to do a lot of walking on our last day in Egypt. This company did a good job for us. Thank you!!

Really enjoyed our private tour in Cairo from Alexandria port. Our driver Mark was very nice and friendly. It was a 3 hour drive from Alexandria to Cairo and he was very attentive and safe on the road. Then we met our English speaking guide Ahmed and he was very knowledgeable and brought us to areas worth seeing. I highly recommend the partnership of Mark and Ahmed.

We booked this trip as we were in Alexandria overnight on a Cruise. As it turned out we were the only two on the trip so had a minibus to ourselves. Mohammed our Tour Manager was great. Was good to understand the situation in Egypt for people. The tour guide in Cairo explained what things were then gave us time to explore alone. As we were the only two we decided not to do the papyrus institute/bazaar which wasn't an issue. Water and snacks also provided and the trip was half of the price the cruise company wanted. Recommended although be warned its a long day which you need to be able to cope with if you are a little older

Mr Achmed is truely the best driver in Cairo, he zoomed us all day in air conditioned comfort. Mohammed was a great communicator and we found him no problem when we left the ship, he was always checking on us with water and toilet breaks. Mr Haney was an informative guide for all historical sites.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! When my reservation with a different company got inexplicably cancelled, this company booked us at the last minute, accommodated our time frame and handled us with expert flair. Our guide, Adam, is an Egyptologist and provided so much information about the history of Egypt and the details of the pyramids. My travel partner and I both have mobility issues and Adam navigated us through the pyramids and city in a way that we both could not only do, but really enjoy. We also really enjoyed the Papyrus store and demonstration. I never write reviews, but this company really deserved one from me. The owner, Ahmed, stayed in contact with us throughout the trip, and our driver, Mena, was an expert! They all very much deserve my 5 star review.

This was an excellent experience. We booked last minute and the team went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable trip. Susan was an excellent tour guide with a wealth of knowledge. They were fast and reliable. I highly recommend Marsa Alam Tours for a great experience.
