An excellent knowledgable guide who made the trip to St Emilion a lot of fun. We also visited a small chateau and enjoyed both the tour and wine tasting.
Our tour was absolutely great, largely thanks to our super guide, Anne, who was incredibly chatty, friendly, and exceptionally knowledgeable. However, the experience left us wishing for more time, as the four-hour duration felt rather rushed to fit everything in. While spending an entire day in St. Emilion would probably be too much, four hours is simply not enough time to comfortably experience two wine tastings, walk around the beautiful village, and actually sit down to relax. A six-hour tour would truly be the perfect sweet spot for this itinerary. If you don't have much time and want an AC van with a small group this is the tour for you.
Fantastic tour guide who talked to us the entire trip even while she was driving us to and fro. She was extremely informative and had a rich background. The actual wine tasting was not long and then we had approximately 30 min in Saint Emilion to explore the town on our own.
We visited a small chateau about an hour from Bordeaux. During the van ride, our knowledgeable tour guide kept us entertained the entire time. We tasted four great wines, learned about the process of making wine, and on our way home, explored a lovely town called Saint-Emilion where we did a little shopping and had some sorbet. Overall, it was a lovely four-hour afternoon excursion!
We didn't leave on time because one person in the group didn't show up. But our guide and driver, Guy, took the time to give us a comprehensive overview of the wines, family vineyards, and history during our pleasant ride to St. Emilion. The walk was short, but the wine tasting at Chateau Bellevue was worth it.
Nice tour and very kind guide with lots of knowledge. The wine tasting was interesting but nothing real great. Good talks around history and wine making
Oscar was a great guide, knowledgeable and fun. Half a day goes fast but the experience was worth it.
Very interesting trip. Our guide Dulce was so friendly and knowledgeable, she made the afternoon perfect.
Impeccable! Dulce is a wonderful guide! The landscape is very beautiful and the entire experience went very well.
Great experience Lea was amazing, lots of knowledge and entertaining even in the van there and back.
