Prague Half Day City Tour with Vltava River Cruise was great! I learned a lot of new information about the city. The tour gave me new ideas about places to explore more. Stepan was very knowledgeable and patient with everyone’s questions.
Good tour to take if your interested in seeing several of Prague's highlights while learning about some of the history in less than 4 hours and worth the price. Once the tour ended in Old Town, we were able to explore some other landmarks in the area very easily on our own.
It was a great experience. It was a very clear nice day a bit hot. The places were exactly what I wanted to see.?small group. Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Thanks
We signed up for an English tour and it was combined with a German tour. The guide would alternate talks so I missed much of what was said.
Our tour guide Stefan was great. Very informative and friendly. Including a short boat ride. One should be in good shape to walk quite a distance.
Tatiana was a lovely knowledgeable lady. Great small group tour. Would definitely recommend this tour
Great tour well scheduled with nice walks and beautiful sightseeing from the boat Special thanks to our guide Ladislav , very good in Italian
Great knowledge and able to share the knowledge in an engaging manner. Fabulous repository of historical information.
This tour combined a German speaking family (3) and American/Engilish speaking group (6). Tatiana tried to do a tour for both and they was unsuccessful. Many times she is speaking in English and passing by the sites and the German family missed out. Other times it was the other way around. Tatiana was trying to be helpful to anyone and everyone we ran into at the detriment and attention of the group she was leading. A lot of sites were mentioned without really showing where they were, and although it was part of the itinerary we never made it to the special clock together - we ended up going on our own and looked up the significance on Google. That’s not what we paid for. Lastly, she had plenty of political opinions that should not be part of the tour. Although the idea of this tour (bus up to the castle and down to the river, river cruise, and walking tour in the old town and square) is great, the execution was not there. Worth it if you have the right guide.
The tour includes a LOT of Prague, and it was great to see the castle, river cruise, Jewish quarter, old town square including the ringing of the astronomical clock all in one tour. Unfortunately we were rushed through most of the tour (aside from while on the boat), so even with several elderly people in our group of 9, we were practically running at times! Despite booking an English tour, our tour was half in Italian. We had 7 English speakers and 2 Italians, and the guide (who had lived in Italy) spent more time speaking with them than the rest of us. I am assuming the reason we were sprinting around Prague in the midday sun is because he had to repeat everything in two languages. Poor organization by the company maybe but really took away from the entire experience. The guide did not leave time for any kind of looking around or questions because he was in such a rush. He was often 10+ feet ahead of us!
