Excursion d'une demi-journée à Mykonos (ville et île)
Description
En partant de la ville de Mykonos en marchant dans les petites et étroites rues, vous aurez la possibilité de prendre de belles photos avant qu'il ne devienne trop bondé. En attendant, votre Guide local vous fournira des informations pour la « vieille ville », le « petit port » et les églises de l'île. Les célèbres 'Moulins à Vent' ne peuvent pas être manqués bien sûr, et nous avons la chance de trouver Petros le Pélican, la mascotte de l'île. Après la marche, le temps d'explorer le reste de l'île avec un véhicule visitant certains des sites et plages les plus célèbres. Temps pour explorer le deuxième village principal de Mykonos 'Ano Mera' non loin de la ville, ici vous avez assez de temps libre pour flâner et visiter le monastère moine de 'Panagia Tourliani' Prochain arrêt est 'Kalafatis Beach' temps de se détendre et d'avoir une pause café. Avant de retourner en ville, nous passerons par la célèbre plage d'Ornos et enfin nous visiterons la plage d'Agios Ioannis.

La ville de Mykonos, la capitale de l'île, souvent appelée "Chora" par les habitants
Les célèbres moulins à vent de Mykonos (également appelés moulin de Kato) sont le symbole emblématique de l'île et peuvent être vus de tous les points de la ville de Mykonos.
Le deuxième village principal de l'île, situé presque au cœur de Mykonos.
Ce magnifique monastère porte le nom du dôme de l'église (tourlos en grec) et de l'icône bénie de la vierge Marie. Le festival le plus important de Mykonos a lieu ici le 15 août.
Kalafatis est une plage magnifique située sur la côte la plus douce de l'île.
L'une des plages les plus branchées et les plus populaires de Mykonos.
Nommée d'après la chapelle qui la surplombe, cette plage donne sur l'île de Délos.

Was not worth the price for what we saw. The monastery was good but had to pay extra to get inside. The only other stop was at a beach for 10 minutes. When we got to town If you are stayiny there you can see the windmills and shops by yourself.
Our guide provided wonderful insights to the the islands history and modern day culture. We saw a variety of island areas. There was much more walking required than indicated in the description

We ate at bu Sulas in Mykonos! Amazing food the service was so good, the staff was kind and the food wasn’t so pricy. I will go again!

The company contacted us the afternoon before the tour, advising us that it MAY be cancelled due to low participation. We replied in the evening asking them to please let us know either way as we wanted to make other arrangements if the tour was not going ahead. They did not respond. We messaged them a second time in the morning and again no response. As we received no message advising that the tour was officially cancelled, we arrived at the agreed meeting point just before 9 am. At 9am we called them twice and they did not answer even though they were online all the time. At 9:04am they then wrote "Good morning unfortunately the tour will not operate today. We are sorry" When we expressed our disappointment, they wrote "We had informed you since yesterday at 4:00 pm !" The company knows how much tourists pay to visit Mykonos and that their time/schedule is usually very limited so they should be much quicker and clear in their communication. They said they would issue us a refund but it has now been three days and no refund has been received. We have messaged them asking for an update in this regard and, unsurprisingly, they have not responded. Please use GetYourGuide, the difference in communication and customer service is significant.
Half way through the walking tour of Mykonos Town we became separated from the group as our guide was moving quite fast through the maze of Mykonos streets. We could not find our group, So we continued to the windmills and the meeting point by ourselves. No tour guide in sight. Tour guide did not wait to check that everyone was still following her which resulted in us finding our own way. Very disappointing!
We had a lovely tour of Mykonos, our guide, called Andrea was very good.She gave us a very good trip of the Island, explaining all the landmarks, gave us plenty of time to take pictures and herself took a lot of our pictures.She made sure to bring us back to the meeting point and made sure we got into our transport and left only after that.Mykonos is a beautiful place to visit in May, the weather is just perfect and it's not too crowded at this time
Going up the gondola, the food, all the hills to get anywhere. Just beautiful. The cute donkeys. Service was excellent.
The tour guide was very informative and friendly. It was worth it . The bad part is they don't pick you up at your hotel and this tour made us walk back to the pickup point.
