This was a great experience they offered food, drinks, we had lots of time to swim and Kayak although as most other guests were Vietnamese, it is probably difficult if you're a solo foreigner
There’s this hushed magic in how everything unfolded that day.. the breathtaking island, the electric blue plankton, our tour guide Lao, the luxurious onboard accommodation and lavish food, and the thoughtfully arranged activities. We felt truly cared for, not just by Lao, but by the entire boat crew, who radiated happiness and hospitality in everything they did. One of the most meaningful parts of our Vietnam trip was being able to connect with the locals. We’re both deeply fascinated by Vietnam, but because of the language barrier, we had been feeling a bit isolated since we arrived. Lao’s excellent English and warm personality made that connection feel so effortless and comforting. The day flowed beautifully. At one point, Lao quietly led us away from the crowd to a secret cove to see the glowing plankton. Time seemed to pause. We stopped paddling, lay back in our kayak, and just stared at the stars and the caves around us trying to soak it all in - it was magical. I’ve never felt so overtaken by beauty this much in my entire life! Thank you to my boyfriend for taking me to all these beautiful places. And thank you, Lao, for the “good luck” parting gift — you and the team made everything so deeply memorable for us.
Great experience! Lanscape was beautiful, I recommend to take the bike to the village and long as a guide🙂. The plancton experience was awesome.
Tour is fine, however it is 99% Vietnamese who come along. This made it a bit monotonous. Furthermore, there was a guide who spoke fine English to explain a thing or two
We are very disappointed with the attitude the tour guide TinTin had towards us: - very aggressive since beginning - bad organisation: putting us in the wrong boat with only people doing full day tour while be booked for half day resulting in wasting time changing boat - no flexibility and willing to adapt to not our constraints but to what we booked - focusing on upselling instead taking care of our experience : we lost 20 min negotiating for something we did not book - bad communication skills: I even had to ask him to calm down - wrong guide attitude: he was screaming at us in front of all the other passengers which is a very bad image for the company
Really lovely trip if you’re looking for a shorter boat trip but still get to experience seeing the bays and doing some activities. We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the boat was there was plenty to explore. the kayaking was a highlight for us and 30 mins was the perfect amount of time to explore. we got to see the sunset and we’re supplied with snacks on return
