Excursion d'une demi-journée à Budapest

Overall very disappointed. We did not get to Gellert Hill as indicated by the itinerary of this tour. Also we waited over 15 minutes before the bus was finally given access through the gate to go up Matthias Church.

Fun tour Atiila our guide was fabulous

Dora was fantastic, elegant, knew everything I asked.

​The tour was advertised as a half-day excursion but lasted only about three hours. A full 30 minutes of that time was spent at a souvenir shop and coffee shop, which felt more like a sales push than a meaningful stop. We also stopped at a square that was under construction with very limited access, making it a waste of time. To make matters worse, the guide provided very little context on Hungarian history or Budapest, and visibility from inside the minivan was quite poor. Overall, it did not live up to expectations.

Without our guide, Rubi Aurora, this tour would not have been worth joining. Rubi was exceptional—her deep knowledge and engaging explanations were the highlight of the entire experience.Unfortunately, the tour itself was poorly organized. The 17-seat minibus was completely full with 17 passengers, making the journey uncomfortable. In addition, the dark-tinted windows made it nearly impossible to see the surroundings. Although Rubi pointed out attractions and landmarks along the way, we had very little chance to actually see them.The air conditioning was also inadequate, which added to the discomfort. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience, but Rubi's professionalism and excellent guidance deserve special recognition.

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Dora was very personable and professional. She provided a lot of information that rally enriched our knowledge of the city

This tour is A MUST while visiting Budapest. Out tour guide Dora was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. This is the type of tour guide you need to have more of. Thank you all for such a great experience!

It was a great tour! About three hours - the bus was comfy and the tour guide, Dora, was very knowledgeable and friendly! We got to see a lot of the major scenes - Buda Castle, the monestary under the Hilton, fisherman’s bastion, St. Matthias church, Hero’s Square, and St. Stephan’s. We also got to see other things from a distance like Parliament and the bridges. We also got very lucky and got to see the inside of St Matthias which was so incredibly lucky!

Dora was a wonderful guide. Outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable. Tour was simple and easy for weary travelers.

Yolanda gave the option to go into the church at Buda castle for an extra cost. Half of the tour group went, the rest of us were on our own for 25 minutes. That was not on the program, and I do not know why she added it.
