Description

This hike was awesome & our guide Danny was super knowledgeable. The float was also fun. Would recommend.
Drivers are very knowledgeable about the area and history. At the glacier best to skip the visitor center and focus on the hikes and glacier, the area is beautiful. The whale watching was outstanding.
The whale watching tour was the absolute highlight of our trip! Captain Austin and his crewmates, Savannah and Libby, were everything we could have wished for and more. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. Thanks to their deep knowledge of the local waters, we saw an incredible number of whales and seals throughout the tour. They provided great information, kept everyone comfortable, and made the whole trip unforgettable. We couldn't recommend them more! A++++++!

I love the smaller tours owned and operated by locals. This one does not disappoint. Very knowledgeable and interesting. We saw a family of 4 Orca and 3 or 4 Humpbacks! Snacks, coffee, hot chocolate and water as well. We were given plenty of time at Mendenhall Glacier to see and do.
Jay and Jade were amazing! We saw so many whales! This was a dream excursion!
Amazing whale watching tour!!! the whales didn’t come up to us, but with binoculars, you had a great view. phones with a great zoom also did the trick. staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. Super supportive caring and help us when my son got seasick. thank you and would absolutely recommend!!!
This was a great excursion! The whale watching guide was extremely knowledgeable. We had great success in seeing whales breaching the surface and we got to see them feeding. We also saw many Bald Eagles just on the bus ride. Unfortunately our Mendenhall Glacier visit got cut short due to an annual flooding event, but there was nothing that could have been done differently. Safety first.
Crew and drivers friendly. Good naturalist on the ship. Timed things well. Saw many whales. Mendenhall Glacier itself was very disappointing. Basically a large mound of dirty snow in the distance. Not worth going there for that. But we did see a black bear for about 10 seconds.
Very good tour. Worth the money. See a lot of whales. Close look at glacier. Thanks!
